Chop a été créé pour les gens qui aiment partager, discuter et surtout déguster un steak! Nous sommes fiers d’offrir un menu de source durable et des coupes de bœuf 100 % canadien de qualité supérieure. La viande que nous servons est unique, tout comme notre cuisson. Notre gril Montague offre une température de cuisson jusqu’à 1 800 °F, ce qui permet de créer une croûte savoureuse et parfaite, chaque fois! Nos côtes de bœuf cuisent lentement dans un four à humidité contrôlée, ce qui les rend tendres et délicieuses. Nous apportons le même soin à chacune des boissons et à chacun des plats que nous préparons à la main; de nos options véganes à nos assiettes de fruits de mer. La cuisine gastronomique à portée de tous! Qualité, chaleur et énergie sont au rendez-vous au dîner, au 5 @ 7, au souper et en soirée!

Lovely experience as always! Chop Barlow is always in our top 3 for special occasions. Was a bit louder than usual with energetic kids, and the hostess did suggest the lounge due to it being quieter, but we prefer the dinning room. Now we know. Thanks to Chop and Reanna for a lovely evening in Celebrating my Husband's birthday. Until next time... ❤️

Best Steaks and favorite restaurant in Calgary, I have never had a steak more perfectly cooked with a great char. The staff are great, it's a beautiful restaurant and worth the 25 minute drive.

We have been going to Chop for over two years every week and spend over $100 for the two of us each time. We always have our steaks done the same but this time my friends steak was like a piece of shoe leather. We called the floor manage over whose name was Lauren. We had never encounter her before. And she proceeded to tell us it was because of the doneness of the steak that it was tough. Walter the chef had always made certain the steaks were done properly and they were never tough . We are feeling very disillusioned that Lauren was very flippant blaming the doneness of the steak on the toughness on the steak instead of agreeing with the customer that they should correct it. She also accused my friend of swearing and she did not. Lauren would not let my friend finish speaking before she was talking over top of her We have attempted to find someone from Chop to speak to and have had complete silence from the ppl that we contacted so felt we could only go to this platform that they may pay attention Lauren did nothing to correct except to offer a free dessert not acceptable for an option as the value of a steak and a dessert and not any where close We will not be returning to Chop if this is not addressed. Walter has always been very gracious and we never felt side lined by anyone else other than Lauren.

Steaks were great - cooked to what we ordered Vegetables could have been better Baked potatoes good No complimentary bread - had to ask for it and paid for it so it was extra Service was great
