We had a wonderful meal. Everything was delicious and the strawberry whipped cream butter cake was one of the best things I’ve ever had! Our server was so attentive! I would highly recommended this wonderful place.

We had a delicious truffle bisque and Caesar salad as a starter. The dry aged steak was delicious! We couldn’t eat it all and had to bring part of it home for lunch the next day. The grand dog enjoyed the bone. Our server was very attentive and did a great job! Wonderful experience!

Fantastic first experience at Chop Shop. Our server, Julianna was professional, knowledgeable and attentive. The food was top notch and had well executed options you would be hard pressed to find elsewhere in Holland. I'll definitely be adding this to my business dinner rotation. Give this place a shot, you won't be disappointed.

This was our first time visiting and it won’t be our last. The venue was a bit small and dark, but it was laid out well. The service was on point and Devon (our server) kept pace of the dinner relaxed. Our cocktails were worth the price and were truly hand crafted to perfection. The bar had several bottles of unique spirits, far different than the mainstream liquors you see at normal restaurants. On to the food…. Simply amazing. Our steaks were charred perfectly and the sprouts / pork belly and risotto are a must. Thank you for finally giving us an opportunity to have a worthwhile dining experience in Holland.

Paid $100 for Porterhouse steak that had loads of grissel. Next time I want a good steak I will head to Ruth Chris

Chop Shop Primehouse is the best restaurant in Holland. Food was great...really great! Our server, Julianna, was knowledgeable, helpful and charming. The steaks were perfect, the side dishes plentiful enough to share between four patrons. The gin recommendation and mocktail were great. We celebrated a special birthday and the staff brought out chocolate tort with a birthday candle on top! Our first time dining here and it is so close to our house. I will say that it is more expensive than most restaurants in the area, but my husband and I remarked frequently as to how wonderful the meal was! Delightful evening!

The food and service were outstanding. We both had a petit filet - one rare and the other medium rare. Both were cooked perfectly. The Brussels sprouts were delicious. The chocolate cake and vanilla ice cream dessert is amazing albeit a very large serving. It is unexpected to find such great food in an unassuming place at a marina. The quality is equal to what you might experience in a major city like Chicago or Detroit. We’ll be back!
