We chose to eat in the bar and it was very nice and quieter than in the main dining room. Our waiter was wonderful and did a great job! As always, the food was fantastic! This is one of my favorite places to eat.

Chop House sends a mailer to our house, prime rib, plus a salad and a side for 2 for $99 through 11/30 Mon-Sat 4:30-930. Still dropping a Franklin, but we decide to go, get a reservation, get dressed up head there. Waitress ask what we want, we tell her, and it’s “oh we don’t have that during market, we don’t have specials during market” I ask “what do I look like Marvin the mind reader?” Anyhow, that was uncool and stupid on Chop Houses part. Just put “not during market” or the dates of market on the mailer.

This was our second time eating at this Chop House. The hostess was very nice and busy. At the time. She got us to our table quickly. Our waiter was very knowledgeable and attentive to our needs while taking care of a table with 14 people. Our dinners were delicious and the wine was great. I wish we didn’t live 6 and half hours away. We will be returning in 6 months on our next business trip.

We had to wait over an hour to get seated even with a reservation. It was during High Point market and while we understand, it’s busy I would’ve thought they could’ve handled it much better. There were three hostesses and no one to bust the tables. I had a suggestion… Then we sat at our table waiting to get waiting on and when the waitress finally came, she said oh I didn’t know you were even seated. There needs to be much better communication at this restaurant restaurant. It’s Ted as a high-end restaurant, but there are many things missing. We will give it one more try and then will probably look elsewhere.
