Chop Chop by Four Seasons.
The newest addition to the Hippodrome casino, Chop Chop is a contemporary Chinese restaurant featuring Four seasons signature meat dishes including their renowned roast duck (named the best in the world by the Financial Times), premium dim sum, and a range of vegetarian and vegan options.
Set on the lower ground floor of the casino, the team have created an environment that pays homage to old Hong Kong, whilst providing a modern and elegant atmosphere. We recommend making a reservation to be seated at your required time, but walk-ins are also welcome and we will endeavour to seat you at the next available table.

Wonderful food as always. One of the best Chinese food in London seriously. My all time favourite. Must try for all the Chinese cuisine lovers

Second time we have been found delicious price competitive and staff good helping with choices along with their service standards will be back in the future

We should have asked for a different table. We were seated adjacent to the check-in stand, just near the kitchen doors, and it was a really crappy place to sit. No one else was seated there, just us. It looked like a nice place, but I can’t give a good review after having been seated there. We had reservations, followed all the “rules,” so if you go and are seated where we were, just ask for a different table. Service was fine, not great. Hot and sour soup was very good, pork buns were quite unusual, light on the pork. Spring rolls were good. Something weird was going on in the bathroom. I was the only one in the bathroom, but all the stalls were locked but one, and it was out of toilet paper. At this point, I was just really frustrated and I can’t see any reason for the great reviews. At best, it was mediocre.

Your waiter William was amazing. He took the time out to explain a few dishes on the menu and advised what was best to get with each other. Noise level was perfect I could hear myself think👍🏾. Food is 10/10 had to take a doggy bag home bcoz I ordered so much. Will definitely be back. Jav✌🏾
