    Great food first time at Chipsy. Food and service was fantastic. We will certainly be back to try more items on the menu. Worth the drive from Heathrow

    I was very excited to go after seeing all the positive feedback on social media however, the portions of meat are very small and extremely overpriced for what you get. the food in my opinion was bland and my chips had a bath of sauce. would not recommend for someone on a budget or if your looking to have good quality food.

    Excellent service by Wasim. Food was outstanding. Restaurant was very busy with many people waiting, but Wasim and his staff managed it very well. Ordered brisket (Korean BBQ glaze), Short rib (BBQ glaze - could have done with more glaze), Sando (pulled brisket), burger (salt beef smashed), Truffle loaded fries, triple cooked fries.

    So second time going and it was not as good. Lamb neck was no where near as good as the first time. Chips were not as good as first time. Korean wings and chicken Sando was good. A bit disappointed. They messed up our bill but the manager and staff were excellent and sorted us out but rather pay more and have nice food tbh. Maybe it was a bad day because first time I went it was five star.

    A must try establishment, superb customer service from front of house. Quality of food is on point with no flaws. Portion size is more then value for money. A must try is the pistachio milkshake and then also the sandos. Travelled over an hour for this place and was worth the travel.

    Incredible customer service from the moment you walk in. Very child friendly staff and made us feel so welcome. The food was outstanding. Smash burger and sandos are so delicious!!
