One of our dishes was late and prepared incorrectly. Personally, I enjoy the other location.

Got to the restaurant earlier than our reservation and they were kind enough to seat us without too long of a wait. The inside of the restaurant is very lovely and super clean as it is newly opened. The plates they use are very nice also. The food was very good although a little bit pricey. The presentation of the food was outstanding and they had some dishes that seemed authentically Chinese as opposed to Americanized food. Really enjoyed our meal and would for sure go back again.

This wasn’t the best experience whatsoever! The dishes we ordered came out missing items and when I inquired about it I was lied to. Despite what the menu said. Also we ordered 4 dishes and one dish didn’t come out until after we were done with our meal. Very disappointing!

The food was good to very good. The service was so so. The wait for the food was quite long so I was glad I ordered soup as it came quickly.

Service was mediocre and the food was tasty, but portions were smaller than the other China Mama downtown. It took longer than normal to receive our food. The hostess sat us at a tiny table and wouldn’t move us to a bigger table when we requested it. In addition, she did not give us menus. We waited about 5 minutes for the menu. After we ordered it took 40 minutes to receive our food. I understand the staff is new, but there was a lack of urgency to expedite the orders. There were two men in suits walking back and forth I assume were managers. They looked lost and confused like they didn’t know what they were doing. They did not ask us how we were doing nor if the food was tasting okay. Service definitely needs improvement with the need to use hospitality skills, especially after just opening.

Food was amazing! We kept hearing about the hype of China Mama and could never get a reservation at the original location. Last night was opening night and I scored a reservation. Let me tell you the hype is real! We tried crispy beef, beef chow fun, cucumber salad, salt and pepper pork chops, and the juicy pork bun. Every single dish had amazing flavor. Server was very personable and gave an amazing experience. This is a MUST TRY!

My reservation was for 6pm and they still have me wait..the waiter we got was horrible he forgot the drinks we had order and took him about 45 mins to come to our table and check on us to ask what we drinks we have order and the he apologized saying he had forgotten. Then we waited for our food for about an hour and half and we didn’t get our food all once The experience was just horrible.

Great food and would definitely return! The service was good just slightly long on time from the kitchen. Overall very good!
