China Garden has been serving Chinese, Cantonese and Dim Sum cuisine for the past 30 years. You will receive a warm welcome at our restaurant, conveniently situated on the corner of Preston Street with a great view of the sea.
We have a fully licensed bar and a capacity of 150, offering the ideal setting for an intimate meal with family or friends, but also the ability to cater for private parties. Our wide variety of delicious Dim Sum Dishes are served daily 12:00 - 16:00 while the A La Carte Menu runs right through the day from 12:00.

Fantastic service and delicious food. Booked in advance for anniversary dinner and the two of us got a table for 4 spacious table.

My son and I both had sizzling dishes, beef and lamb and they were delicious. Also the scallops were very tasty. Two very polite girls served us.

Great food from wide menu choice. Very friendly and attentive service without being intrusive. Our waitress was very helpful in selecting menu choices.

I've been to China Garden many times, so expectations were high. If anything, this restaurant has got better and better. The service was quick and very courteous, and, needless to say, the food was sensational. The soft shell crab was especially delicious, while the seafood sizzle and singapore noodles were also as good as I recalled from previous visits. No trip to Brighton is complete without a meal at China Garden!!
