   A very nice experience: good food, pretty friendly staff, pleasant atmosphere. And the prices were reasonable. We will keep coming back.

   We had a great experience. The food is so interesting, delicious, and so different. The atmosphere has a really fun and inviting vibe. We look forward to going back soon.

   Great place for a variety of shareable bites from Peruvian, Chinese, and Japanese influences. Good cocktails and large selection of Pisco and Japanese Whisky.

   First time diners at China Chilcano and we were not disappointed. Service was fantastic. Menu was interesting and we wanted to maximize our options so went with 3 small plates (sui mai, Brussels sprouts, crab rangoon), a noodles (pork/wheat), and a single entree (very simple shrimp and mushrooms). All were good -- the one I'm still thinking about the day after is the chicken sui mai!

   This was my first visit but certainly not my last. The food was delicious. I'm looking forward to working my way through the menu.

   Great place for Peruvian fusion food mixed with Chinese and Japanese ingredients. We took advantage of the great deals for Tuesdays dim sum night. Portions are small but filling. The only concern was that the restaurant was very loud and hard to hold a conversation, but that dissipated when diners close to us left.

   Some of the dishes were hit or miss. Not my favorite Jose Andres place - just OK.
