The evening includes a 3-course cocktail tasting menu featuring Tiburon Mezcal with an appetizer from the house, accompanied by curated vinyl soundtracks played by DJ Tomi Jonas. DJ starts 7pm. 3 cocktails featured menu + Appetizer (Choice of Empanada / Elote / Brussel Sprouts) Discover Tiburón, a white mezcal, from the espadín agave which grows far from common: in the remote, rocky region of the sierra madre del sur, exposed to the breeze and moisture from the pacific ocean, which infuses the mezcal with a unique flavor and smoothness.
