The food was terrible. We ordered five dishes, and we only liked one appetizer, which was a patacón. The rest were very bad—the octopus, the beef milanesa, and the pasta were just okay. The service was excellent, but unfortunately, you go to a restaurant for the food.

Lomo soltado was good. Light on the protein. Server was attentive and very professional. She was fantastic. Knew the menu well and was very helpful. The Milanese was a bit under seasoned. We will definitely come back.

This restaurant is one of the most underrated new places in Miami. Amazing and creative menu for those who want to try different cuisine from South America, great cocktails, attentive service and great vibes!

I had an incredible experience at Chimba! The service was absolutely spectacular – the staff was attentive, friendly, and made the visit unforgettable. The brunch was beyond delicious, with every dish perfectly prepared and full of flavor. A standout for me was the pan de bono, truly the best I’ve ever had – fresh, soft, and incredibly tasty. The atmosphere was lively and colorful, adding to the overall wonderful dining experience. I highly recommend Chimba for anyone looking for exceptional food and service. Definitely a 5-star

Miami has become an incredibly expensive city in recent years, and dining out has gotten much pricier. Since I discovered Chimba, it's a definite yes during the week! Thanks to their many promotions throughout the week, I can visit more than once a week. The lunch specials, amazing happy hour, delicious and reasonably priced drinks, and the best part: the Sound and Tasting experience. Not only is it an amazing experience, but they also have a fantastic vinyl DJ, which gives you the chance to meet a lot of people! My new spot in Miami is definitely CHIMBA.

Another great experience at Chimba ! Thanks Andy for you outstanding service. We tried two cocktails: “Angel Mezcalita” and “Spicy Guerrero”. Both were espectacular! As a main we took the Milanesa and the Skirt Churrasco with truffle fries. Definitely we’ll come back soon!

Loved the ambiance and music on a Wednesday!! We had the elote, empanada and shrimp chaufa, all were pretty good. The $10 cocktails were good and for the price, can’t complain. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
