As soon as you enter Chima, you will be pleased with the wonderful ambiance, decor, and superior customer service that our dining experience offers to all our guests.

Our meats are prepared and grilled to perfection by our Meat Chefs (Gauchos) and brought to your table cooked to your liking. Offering unlimited servings of over 15 cuts of meat, including Angus top sirloin (our famous cut, Picanha), lamb, ribeye, filet mignon, beef ribs, shrimp, salmon, sausage, chicken, and more. Our gourmet salad bar offers a wide variety of items. All of our items are prepared with the freshest and highest-quality ingredients. Chima restaurant Management is reckless, irresponsible and careless. No one should eat at this restaurant! They frequently damage people attire with grease as stated by the Manager Alan Akamine, they do not do anything about it. They tell you they will call and they dont. The do NOT care about the clients at all. There are better Brazilian Steakhouse options that will not give you a bad experience and hanging with a dry cleaners bills. Do NOT go there. It is overpriced and not so high quality.

we have gone to Chima many times but Christmas day food was not hot it was cold and we literally had to ask for the servers to come with the meats, for the price one would expect better service and quality very disappointed

Vanessa was a wonderful server. Friendly and attentive. The gauchos were also great. They figured out our favorites and just kept coming. The food was all hot and delicious. Unlike some other Brazilian steakhouses, there was lots of medium rare red meat available, which was fantastic. We will be back.

Food was incredible. The selection of meats, shrimp and salmon were all fresh! The salad bar selection is quite extensive. Our server Sara was very friendly and super helpful!! We will be going back soon!!
