As soon as you enter Chima, you will be pleased with the wonderful ambiance, decor, and superior customer service that our dining experience offers to all our guests.

Our meats are prepared and grilled to perfection by our Meat Chefs (Gauchos) and brought to your table cooked to your liking. Offering unlimited servings of over 15 cuts of meat, including Angus top sirloin (our famous cut, Picanha), lamb, ribeye, filet mignon, beef ribs, shrimp, salmon, sausage, chicken, and more. ¡Excelente experiencia! La atención fue de primera, con un personal muy amable y atento a cada detalle. Los cortes de carne fueron excepcionales, con una calidad y sabor incomparables. Sin duda, un lugar al que regresaré cada vez que quiera disfrutar de auténtica comida brasileña. Altamente recomendado.

It appears as though they had a gas leak in the restaurant. And never called to have us change our reservation. So we drove more than an hour and heavy traffic to get there. we were met at the door letting us know and we had to get five people new reservations on a busy night. Very inconsiderate and will not go back.

The place felt upscale and nicer than your average Brazilian steak house. The decor was very moderne and upscale. Service was also more elevated. Ingredients are top quality. Even the Ice Cream they use is Hagen-Daz. Everything about the experience felt higher quality than your average place. The only reason they do not get 5 stars from me is the front desk. We had reservations for 7:45PM. It was 8:05Pam and they still had not sat us. They offered many excuses, but this is not acceptable. At a premium/fine dining restaurant reservations should be honored. She could have offered us a glass of prosseco or a glass of wine while we waited. But no such gesture was offered, just excuses. After waiting 25 min for our table we finally got seated. The staff was unapologetic and it seems this is common here. It got us off to the wrong start. I speed thru Feiday evening traffic to make sure I was on time for my reservation. The restaurant should have honored it as expected. I'd return because the food is good. But knowing that I will be made to wait and maybe on a weeknight when they may not be as busy.
