Tacos were flavorful, CA burrito needed to add some hot sauce. They have some happy hour specials too, not very crowded for a Friday night at 6pm…?

The server hardly came to give us any service. The food came out almost an hour after we put the order in due to a “mix up” and we got the bottomless mimosas but had to wait a long time before we got another round due to the server not being around or paying attention to us. I will never come here again I’d prefer to have gone else where since the manger wasn’t ever seen either.

The “mix-up” with your order and the slow service, especially with the bottomless mimosas, fall far short of our standards. I also regret that the manager was not present to address your concerns in real time. We take your feedback very seriously. One of our favorite go to restaurants. Consistently good food and services. While reservations are not required, we always make them!

The chef (Juan G) is a rock star! Amazing food (tuna tostada and his ceviches), great place, cool music, awesome margaritas, from the hostess to the Jefe (another great Juan) the place have the nice warm service that are able to acomódate you and your friends and still sophisticated to take your bom bom. Totally going there again. Happy hours toooo. I’m just happy that a place like this exists in ATL.

New chef sampler menu is outstanding! Fresh vibrant flavors, fills a need for good Mexican food in Atlanta! Seating and waitstaff were ok. They were unable to accommodate our request to move to the next empty table away from the door because they said it was reserved but no one sat there. Didn’t ask for drink refills. Not deal breakers because we will definitely return for the new menu and excellent flavors.

We went there for their "Meet the Chef" event to welcome their new Michelin-rated chef and sample some of his new menu items. The chef was nowhere to be seen and the sampler plate was so-so. The best item was the snapper ceviche. The braised short ribs might have been good if they had been hot. The other two items were forgettable. Good service would have made a big difference. But that wasn't the case. Our waitress brought us only one sampler, when we had ordered two, meaning we had to pick off one plate until the second showed up half an hour later .. and then do it all again. The server spent an inordinate amount of time socializing at the table next to ours, while we sat there staring at the wall. We asked for but never got a dessert menu. We had to track her down to ask for the check. On the plus side, the margaritas were good. Maybe I should've had more to drink.

Our family enjoyed the sample platter very much! The chef came by to visit & ask us about the food. I appreciate this experience when the chef has the time to greet the guests. The menu was different & the food was very fresh & flavorful. Thank you chef & the staff for a lovely evening!

Recently, I had the pleasure of dining at Chichiria Mexican Kitchen, located in the vibrant Chattahoochee FoodWorks Plaza on the Upper West Side of Atlanta, Georgia. I visited with a friend to celebrate his birthday, and our experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the service was fantastic. I wish I could remember our waitress’s name because she truly added to the experience. She was attentive without being overbearing and impressively knowledgeable about the menu and drink options. We started with esquites, chips and salsa, and queso as appetizers, and every bite was incredible. The chips arrived warm and perfectly seasoned, complementing the fresh and flavorful dips. The quality of the ingredients really stood out. It was clear that everything was prepared with care and attention to detail. Another bonus was the health-conscious focus of the menu, with many vegan and gluten-free options available. While we hadn’t realized this before visiting, it was a welcome and appreciated surprise. For drinks, we both had the blackberry margaritas, and I can confidently say they were some of the best margaritas I’ve ever had. The flavors were fresh and vibrant, with no overpowering syrupy sweetness. It was clear that high-quality ingredients went into every sip. Our entrees were equally impressive. I had the chicken enchiladas served with a delicious blue corn tortilla, while my friend had the fajitas. The chicken was perfectly cooked juicy and flavorful and the vegetables tasted incredibly fresh, as though they’d been sourced directly from a local farm. Every bite felt like it was crafted with precision and care. Overall, this dining experience was a 10/10. From the fresh, flavorful food to the thoughtful service and health-conscious menu options, everything about Chichiria Mexican Kitchen was amazing. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!
