Overall food and services were excellent. My only issue is that our 10% discount was not applied to bill. I showed server ID and he acknowledged and said that discount would be applied when bill was totaled. I should have reviewed bill more closely before paying.

Eating at Chica's was outstanding! The food has always been great! We went on Friday night. There was live music on the outside patio and also live music in the bar. The atmosphere was electric but not so much that you couldn't have a conversation with your neighbor. Very enjoyable experience!

Wonderful family gathering place. I appreciate they allow booking reservations for more than 8 people online! The food is fantastic. Our favorite place to eat with our family and friends!

The food was amazing and authentic. It definitely tasted like grandma's home cooking. I was very surprised because of how small and intimate the restaurant and setting was that the service was so bad. They seemed to have plenty of staff as you could see them walking around, however it took 15mins for the server to acknowledge us and get our drinks order, and even than our food was delivered long before we ever got our drinks.

We went for Sunday brunch. Great service, outstanding food and all reasonably priced. Certainly we will be coming back!

Food is always good. Flavors are full and portions are spot on. The prices are very reasonable. Wish the music was a little louder. Service was only issue. If you get Jessica as your server, request someone else. She will not listen, forget what you asked for and call you love 30-40 times during the night. Other than that you will love this place.
