Chicama is a seafood restaurant in Chelsea with a menu inspired by the coastal food of Peru and the bold-flavours of Peruvian cuisine. Fish is delivered daily from Cornwall and the vegetable dishes make inventive use of seasonal British produce. The bar exhibits a concise list of our favourite brands including Pisco, Mezcal, Japanese Whiskey, and a wine list to accompany the vibrantly-flavoured food.

Good food but portions for the sharing menu were small (literally one dish to share between two people for each course). We ended up ordering extra food so it wasn’t good value for money. Service was attentive to begin with but the level dropped off as it became busier

Gorgeous food, lovely restaurant and interior - great music. We were unfortunately at 3pm lunchtime on a Tuesday so the 6 course tasting menu was very rushed, it sort of ruined the fun vibe of having courses come in because felt like they were just dumped with not enough love. That being said I cannot complain about the quality of fish, the prawn toast and anchovy Caesar xo starters were great. Seabass Ceviche was underwhelming. Fish of the day, squid ink rice and crispy aubergine were phenomenal. Really excellent, but sadly we were so full as eating so quickly to keep up with the pace.

We come here weekly and definitely our favourite restaurant. Consistently great, great value for money and we absolutely love it! Never had a bad meal.

Extraordinarily delicious lunch. Just what one needed after a long week. Couldn’t fault these guys. Phenomenal food, exceptional wine list and charming service. Will be returning very soon.

Chicama is everything. Our maybe favourite restaurant in London. Food is always top notch. Seadood platter is always a go to option long with corn ribs, tapioca marshamallows, crispy aubergine. We tried skate wing and was superb. Pisco sour and margaritas are great. Boho chic decor and terrance is cosy and lovely. Always a welcoming service and you dont need to book 3 months in advance which makes a place sincere and a go to choice.

My husband and I went to Chicama for our wedding anniversary. The food was delicious and service was very attentive and knowledgeable. Wine list was a little overpriced (which is the only downside). But overall, we had an amazing experience.

Had a terrace table outside, which is a nice setting. Had the set menu to taste a selection of their best dishes. Aubergine, prawn toast, chicory with anchovy, and bbq sea bass were excellent. The cheesecake was a stand out, delicious, probably the best I’ve had. Great cocktails too.
