CHICA Las Vegas, an innovative concept from John Kunkel’s 50 Eggs Hospitality Group takes guests through a culinary journey of Latin flavor. Latin Fusion cuisine is Chef Garcia’s forte. Appetizers, main courses, desserts, and even cocktails are crafted with an infusion of cultural heritage allowing diners to explore multiple cuisines all at once. CHICA’s menu presents a dynamic take on classic Latin dishes, from the tastes of Venezuela, Peru, Brazil, Mexico and Argentina. Open daily for lunch and dinner, CHICA also welcomes guests to a lively weekend brunch and a seductive nighttime affair, CHICA Nights Friday through Saturday.

This was such a fun vibe and the food was divine. If you are a meat eater the sampler is a great choice and a really generous portion that can be shared by 4.

The food was delicious and large portions. The flaming skull dessert was beautiful to see. The corn on the cob flan cheesecake was amazing! The ambiance music was nice!

Second time eating at Chica. Party of 6 people. First time eating was July 2023. Food and drinks were as good this time, but not really anything new to choose from. Last time the staff danced around the room a few times during dinner, which was fun, but that didn’t happen this time. Server was great both times. It was pretty loud in there, but when some people got seated right next to us at the banquet tables along the wall on the left side of the restaurant it was pretty hard to talk to our party.

Great vibe and service. Loved everything we ordered. I got the fish tacos and Benedict. My haha me had the steak and eggs and it was so delicious. I had the green juice so refreshing. Will def come back
