CHICA Las Vegas, an innovative concept from John Kunkel’s 50 Eggs Hospitality Group takes guests through a culinary journey of Latin flavor. Critically acclaimed and touted in Las Vegas Magazine as the “Latin-dining hot spot,” CHICA serves up an array of show stopping dishes created by Celebrity Chef, Lorena Garcia in a playfully, vibrant atmosphere.

Latin Fusion cuisine is Chef Garcia’s forte. Appetizers, main courses, desserts, and even cocktails are crafted with an infusion of cultural heritage allowing diners to explore multiple cuisines all at once. CHICA’s menu presents a dynamic take on classic Latin dishes, from the tastes of Venezuela, Peru, Brazil, Mexico and Argentina. Open daily for lunch and dinner, CHICA also welcomes guests to a lively weekend brunch and a seductive nighttime affair, CHICA Nights Friday through Saturday.

My son ranks this top notch because the water guy wss as on top of it. I had my birthday dinner there and the most impressive dessert was the Molten Lava Skull that they flambé at table side

My family and I have been dining at Chica in Las Vegas for over 5 years. It has been our go to for breakfast. Unfortunately this last experience, we have agreed the food quality has gone down, as we always order the Latin Breakfast, specifically for the potatoes, and that was our biggest disappointment. We hope Chica returns to their old recipe instead of using potatoes I can find at my local diner. Otherwise, everything was great.

Everything couldn’t have been more perfect. If you’re looking for the best food on the strip, you’ve found the place. Ask for Dougles and you’ll have the best service to go with it. Have the short ribs, salmon, tres leches, or the flaming skull, I promise you won’t be disappointed. You bet we will be back soon.

10 AM in Las Vegas and the place was not crowded. Most of Vegas was still trying to recover from the night before. The restaurant ambience was super fun and the food was inventive. Everything tasted great! Our server was super attentive. Such a cool place to go for brunch.

This is absolutely one of our favorite restaurants in Las Vegas. The service and the food did not disappoint once again. The restaurant was crowded, but the team on site handled it very well.

We had a group dinner at Chica during a very busy convention in Vegas. The food was good, not quite as outstanding as I was hoping, but enjoyable. We did have one person in our group order the one bite tacos which, quite frankly, is a little shocking that this is served as an actual menu item. The tacos were the size of a polly pocket doll house food. His finger nail was larger than the tacos. It was pure entertainment, of course, but a bit shocking. Took a picture and was accused of photoshopping it. The drinks were good. The chips and guacamole and plantains were excellent. Overall it was an enjoyable evening.
