“Coconut” shrimp was devoid of coconut and way, way too salty. More like a bad blackened shrimp. Chicken on the Alfredo was very dry. Crab cakes were delicious. Key lime pie was fair. Definitely not made with either fresh limes or key lime juice. Crème brûlée also just so-so. Custard wasn’t beaten smooth enough before it was chilled, so it was lumpy. Server - Jessica - was delightful.

The food at Chez Zee is always great from a bacon bowl to waffles. They have a little of everything shrimp and grits, migas/tacos, an omelette anyway you want it. We have always enjoyed brunch, and their lunch and dinners are fantastic too. On Friday and Sunday, Chez Zee had a magician walking around doing tricks. Our daughter was amazed by the tricks and loves seeing Toni and Sarah… greeting them with hugs and kisses. You don’t need a reason to go, but if you have a special occasion, they do an amazing job to make sure your experience is fun and enjoyable. Thomas David Steinbruck.

I normally get pecan crusted chicken, or pork loin, which I love. This time I decided to get a southwest chicken salad. Didn’t list cucumbers in the description but it came with cucumbers, which I hate. Even after they corrected it I didn’t think it was a very good salad. I’ll stick to my usual from now on

My daughter Lizzie loves to go to brunch at Chez Zee. Toni and Sarah are always awesome and we look forward to see them. The food and staff are fantastic. Lizzie looks forward to all the amazing specials and loves taking pictures on the Chez’s Zee’s chair of hearts. Thomas David Steinbruck

The restaurant requires immediate updating. Carpets are outdated and soiled, while half of the Christmas lights were in disrepair. The cuisine was mediocre, and the rapid service, with all orders arriving within five minutes, fostered a sense of urgency, implying a desire to expedite table turnover. The cocktail was the singular highlight. Initially, I planned to savor multiple cocktails and sample several desserts, but I chose to skip dessert to avoid additional disappointment. We disposed of the leftovers prior to reaching home, knowing we would never eat them.

My friends and I love coming here!! Been our fave brunch spot for years. Service is always top notch and food is absolutely delicious. Ask for Wesley in the bar. Not only does he make great drinks, but is also so nice and takes good care of you. The piano player and magician are amazing as well! If you’re looking for an amazing brunch, look no further.
