    The service from Monica was professional and polite, the food was beyond anyones imagination. I had the short rib, and it was falling off the bone perfectly.

    We dined for our anniversary dinner and were impressed by the attention to detail and excellent service. We had the onion soup and the dinner for two surf and turf with fillet minion and lobster tails, and roasted potatoes. They also serve sliced baguettes with softened butter. Thanks for a great evening! We will definitely be back.

    It is easy to say that this is my favorite restaurant but they are a true torch that every single time it is an amazing experience! Everything from the food, service, hospitality and then of course there is the Monica effect. Thank you everyone for always providing an exceptional experience!

    Last evening, we embarked on yet another enchanting culinary journey at Chez Georges Bistro & Bar. Welcomed by Will, our waiter from our previous visit, we began our evening with tantalizing cocktails and shared the delectable Saucisse Merguez. To our delight, we were surprised with a palate-refreshing intermezzo of baked oysters, generously stuffed with an array of exquisite flavors. For our mains, I indulged in the Escalope Du Porc, a generously portioned marvel bursting with robust flavors complemented by a divine dijon caper cream sauce. Meanwhile, Sam savored the evening's fish special, a delicate, flaky creation sourced fresh from Georgia, which, as Will said “you must not have liked it” joking of course as the plate was completely clean. Accompanying our meal was a delightful bottle of Sancerre, perfectly enhancing every flavor and moment. With satisfied appetites, we ventured to the Art Center to enjoy the captivating performance of Chicago, adding another layer of brilliance to our unforgettable night out.

    Owner George and his wife were most gracious, the serving staff were there for all your needs. The menu had a lot of choice and you won't be disappointed no matter what you chose.
