The steak fajita was extremely dry and overcooked. The service was up to par. I would not recommend this restaurant.

We made a reservation a couple hours before a graduation ending for 20 people, they got us right and took great care of us

Although we made reservations we still had to wait, sat at the bar, ended up at a hightop table. Chips at bar were good and fresh, chips with meal were stale and flat tasting.

They did not have my reservation when I arrived. The server was terrible, very inattentive and when my dining partner asked him how long he had been waiting tables he said he'd been there for 3 months, as bad as the service was we thought it was his first day. We were kept waiting to get drinks, chips, never asked if we wanted a refill on or drinks. Asked for napkins on more than one occasion and finally the manager got them for us. It was not a good experience. When we brought these issues to the waiter's attention , his only excuse was that the restaurant was busy... but it wasn't busy when we arrived and we had seen quite a few tables turnover so they received the attention we apparently did not get. I wouldn't go back to that Chevys. The service was that bad.

I had the bowl of soup which was very good and had a like “kick” to it. I recommend it you are looking for something light.

Always an enjoyable experience. Staff are always friendly. Food was great. They never disappoint.

Chevy's knows how to take a reservation...they just don't know how to keep or honor a reservation. I made a reservation for my group of 14 three weeks in advance of our trip to DC. I received several confirmations that my reservation had been received and reminding me of my scheduled time. When I arrived at Chevy's with my group of 14 hungry high school students they said they had my reservation but did not have a table for me. The poor greeter at the welcome desk was left totally high and dry by the manager who was "too busy" with other groups that were larger than ours. She stopped by the desk for a total of two minutes max...commented that she didn't know why their reservation system let me make a reservation and then left. I will NEVER return to Chevy's again and I have let the other group leaders from my school know of the very shoddy service we received and encouraged them to also never use them again. VERY unprofessional "service" from the Manager who was totally unsupportive of her front end staff. I left one stars because I couldn't give a lower rating. Shout out to the California Pizza Kitchen next door who were absolute rock stars. They seated us right away and the food was AMAZING! I will totally take my business there in the future.
