Chevys is my favorite Mexican restaurant. It has great guacamole made right at the table; their roasted salsa is phenomenal; and the handmade chips are crispy. My favorite dishes are the blue crab and cheese quesadilla and their fajitas. To top this all off, they also have my favorite XX dark beer on draft. I never need a reason to come here. Love it and highly recommend it.

Overall service and food were really good although the fries that came with my meal were just meh. I don't expect a Tex-Mex place to have the best fries but they should be better. My one major gripe was the house margherita. Its nice that they offer a special on it but it tasted like sugar water. If you can't taste the alchohol then the drink is absolutely terrible.

We come here for “comfort” Tex-Mex food. It is very solid food and they make fresh flour tortillas. Drinks a great. Fun, friendly atmosphere

Pretty slow service as had to ask three times for additional drinks Food just looked like slop and asado was inedible rubber ! Been before and was mich better

Day off. Brunch after a movie. Service was terrible. It took way too long to get the check and way too long for her to return the card so we can leave. This made us late to our next destination. I suggest focusing closing guest out.

Did not like the service had was waiting more then 20 min already seated and no server even come to the table to ask if i was ready to order so for the food i never got a chance to try it but i rather go to chillis that have a bigger menu and faster service. Will not be going back to Chevys ever

Food was delicious as always but the service was horrible!!!!! I went with my elderly parents and the host offered to sit us on a high table....really!! Don’t you see elderly people here? And restaurant was practically empty since it was early. Once we sit down he had to request our server SEVERAL TIMES for the basic stuff like water, she brought the chips with no sauce and when it was time to pay she took for ever to come to give us the check!! Her service was bad but the food was good!!

The food was very good. The server we had was a little timid but I suspected he was new at serving. It took a while to get our food out, then even longer to get extra plates, napkins and sour cream lol. We ended up getting 2 different people bringing us plates after i had to remind someone. Then towards the end of our meal we got the regular check ins from the manager as they always do. I’d definitely go back and hope that service would be a little quicker in the future.

They couldn’t find me on the open table or they didn’t know how to get to it... either or. I did get fitted right away but not at a booth like i asked
