CheSa’s Bistro & Bar will offer a fusion of Creole and contemporary American flavors in a full fine dining ambiance. The 1800-square-foot bar & bistro will feature a scratch-made entirely gluten-free menu. Prepare your palette for starters such as charbroiled oysters; main course dishes such as chicken pasta made with roux creamy mix tortellini; finally, the dessert menu will feature items like deep-fried cinnamon rolls. There is something for everyone, including a kid’s menu plus vegetarian options. Expect a delicious array of craft cocktails as well.

We had reservations for 1:15 and didn’t get our food until roughly 2:10. We were never provided an update as to why it was taking so long. The waitress was not attentive. Everyone else seemed to have no issues receiving their food even ones that arrived after us. The beignet waffles were dense and difficult to cut and weren’t prepared as described on the menu. When the manager who was very visible during our visit finally came over to apologize for the wait she seemed to be oblivious to just how long we waited before receiving our food. She did apologize and ended up comping my meal but she tried to prove me wrong regarding the restaurant week menu stating the waffles came with peach compote and not what I was served. Somehow she wasn’t aware there was a change to the menu. I’m confused as to how the manager is present but unaware of what is going on. There wasn’t a large crowd so no reason why our experience/service wasn’t better. My husband’s food was fine so I guess that counts for something.

If you have someone in your family who is gluten free, I highly recommend!!! We went for a birthday brunch as a family with 3 teenagers. It was so nice to go out to eat and know that they could order anything on the menu. The chef came up to us to talk about her food and restaurant. Don't be fooled by the outside or the location, once you are inside, it's lovely!!!!

Great experience! Customer service was top notch. I was checked on several times throughout my stay. All my needs were addressed immediately. Food was amazing. I had the cash fish and grits for restaurant week. It was such a nice environment. Will be back!

If it's on the menu they should give the price posted. Watch out for the service charge.

Waitress seemed unhappy we were using Groupon. They came off as unprofessional several times throughout the duration of our visit. Food was overpowered with seasoning!

This was such a special treat for me since I have Celiac and I was able to eat everything on the menu! The food was excellent and everyone was so friendly. I HIGHLY recommend!

Visited around 2pm, during Sunday brunch, smooth music playing in the background. About 4 groups dining in at the time. Food and atmosphere is amazing! Staff is welcoming and engaging! Recommend the shrimp and purple grits, lamb chops and chicken and waffles. Gluten free menu but I couldn’t even tell! Everything was delicious!

Can’t wait to go bacj!! 100% gluten free establishment. Delicious food, some of which is so hard to find in restaurants. We had the shrimp and grits, fried chicken, catfish (the best I’ve ever had), hush puppies, tortellini, and shrimp tacos. Amazing!! Go to this place and show them support! The staff was so sweet. We loved it here!!

The customer service and location was really nice. Food was presented well it just needed a little more seasoning.
