Really excited to try this place as it’s close to our house. I made a reservation for a Saturday night and we left very disappointed. We were sat promptly but waited 15 minutes for our server to come over with water. And that was after the table next to us said something. The food was also disappointing, the French onion soup was mediocre. The cheesy bread seemed like it came out of a toaster oven. The steaks were good and very flavorful, and the sides that we got macaroni and cheese and brussels sprouts were good. Overall, not a great experience for the price.

Restaurant very crowded everyone seemed happy and content. Had an oyster appetizer and my wife had a Caesar salad I ordered a Merlot and wife had a Riesling. Ordered MR prime rib she had M filet, ordered side of mushrooms and onions, mostly onions, lyonnaise potatoes and asparagus with Bernaise sauce. Potatoes were not lyonnaise, asparagus was too large and the Bernaise was Hollandaise . Had to explain to manager how you make Bernaise by reducing red wine vinegar and tarragon and add tarragon to the Hollandaise. Told him asparagus was not edible because of its size, he informed me that they order “jumbo” asparagus, told him the smaller the stalks the more tender it is. To make my Hollandaise Bernaise he brought back a ramekin with tarragon added, not correct! Their only saving grace, meat was excellent, wine was excellent and service with Sarah was exceptional!! I know the owner Gus from years back and I will eat their again! Oh, it was our 40th anniversary!!

Our dinners were great (ribeye, prime rib, potato, asparagus, and Brussels sprouts). Server was good. Our appetizer didn’t make it out, but Uncle Vinny took good care of us. George, too. We’ll definitely go back to try more of the menu. Classy place!

Sarah our server was amazing! The calamari appetizer was the best we have had here in the Marietta area. Both the house salad with the hot bacon honey mustard dressing and the wedge salad were delicious. Of course we absolutely loved the cheesey bread which brought back fond memories of the Cherokee Cattle Company. Thank you for having that. The beef soup was so good. It was packed with melt in your mouth cubes of beef and the broth was very tasty and perfectly seasoned. Great sized loaded baked potato. Wonderful wine, cocktail, and spirits menu. We highly recommend Cherokee Chophouse for date night, a night out with family and friends. We will definitely be back many times from here on out. Love the atmosphere as it made us feel like we were in New York at a fine dining restaurant. We felt comfortable in business casual clothing and also saw folks dressy and casual with jeans and t-shirts. The vibe was everyone is welcome. Thanks for a fabulous dining experience.

The food was good, but I was looking for OUTSTANDING for the price! They missed the mark on medium. My filet migon was medium rare, and my husband's ribeye was medium well!

The food was good and tasty but somehow not for the price. The Cheesy bread was also pretty good I'll say. While the waiter was nice and atmosphere decent, the hostess for that night was pretty rude when she sat us. Even flipped over a menu and left it to fall on the floor when she tried to get away as quickly as possible. The overhead music that was playing was also semi annoying as it was just some trendy monotonous track that kept repeating. Otherwise decent restaurant.

Excellent atmosphere with the feel of a New York steak house. Food is pricy but delicious. Someone can really cook a steak and sides. Service is young but efficient. Decent wine list.
