We usually love this spot but we were disappointed this time. We went to see the live band but they packed up and left early due to the weather. We assumed they would move inside and play. We also waited a long time for our food and the restaurant only had one other table of 2. Unfortunately, my salad was extremely disappointing for many reasons and everyone else thought their food was mediocre as compared to previous visits. Perhaps just an off night for them 🤷‍♀️.

Great BBQ’s pulled pork, brisket and sausage with amazing Mac and cheese! The staff were helpful, quick, and very friendly. A very cool venue with live music in the garden - perfect!

The Sunday morning buffet was spectacular!!! The brisket is well…to die for. The French toast - killer. The staff - could not be nicer.

Beautiful setting and comfortable seating. The server was friendly and helpful. By the time we arrived, the buffet needed replenishment. The selection of salads was low and we had to ask for plates, cutlery, and soup/salad bowls.

Server and service was good. First time we were disappointed with the food. There were 5 of us for Father’s Day brunch. Both beef and pork ribs very fatty, chicken dry, brisket not much flavour and pulled pork overwhelming with balsamic vinegar. We had to ask for salt and pepper and butter. Desserts mostly store bought. We would try again tho.

We have been frequent Sunday buffet diners for awhile and always looked forward to excellent quality food. We were extremely disappointed that the father's day buffet was subpar to the regular buffet. By our reservation time everything was extremely picked over. There were several things that were no longer being served and it seemed like they were trying to stretch what was left to last longer (e.g. donuts from the dessert bar were cut into pieces, parfaits were made smaller...). The dessert bar is usually amazing with all fresh, made in house gourmet desserts, but this time it was definitely packaged goods. Extremely disappointed considering the father's day breakfast cost more than the usual one and we paid the same as those who had earlier reservations but got the left overs. Unfortunately we will not be returning after this experience.

I drove two hours to get there to celebrate Father’s Day with my husband (and daughter who lives in Peterborough), and was very impressed. We got a great table with a nice view, the food was excellent (the eggs Benedict and French toast were outstanding) and they had a nice selection of different items. The restaurant itself was very cozy and the overall ambiance was perfect. The staff were extremely nice I noticed as well. I would 100% go there again for dinner when visiting our daughter and would highly recommend this place to others.

Great experience. We did the buffet. It's expensive but the options they provide are worth it. Very welcoming staff. Good quick service. We sat on the patio. Live music started as we were leaving.

They didn’t have a wine list. Kitchen was slow even though there was literally no one there. Food was okay but overpriced. And it’s definitely tired and needs an update.
