Service was terrible. We had 11 people in a private room, order 3 bottles of $267 champagne, dropped $1700+ and have had better service at a Chili’s. Not only left us alone for extended periods of time, but didn’t put in our seafood tower appetizers and forgot one of our entrees. The best part is after taking 20 minutes to bring the entree, they did not even offer to comp the entree. Way too pricey for the poor service!

I visited on 11/2/24. I really wanted to love this place, and I am a local. It has a great view, and the restaurant itself looks great. I came here to celebrate life! However, it was a mixed bag. The gumbo was overpowered with green onions. The skirt steak was very good, but the stuffed potato was just okay. The Duck Confit was dry. The blackened drum left a lot to be desired. Our server was nice, but slow and didn’t pay much attention to us. They did not seem to be under staffed so I am not sure why they didn’t send someone else to help our server if she needed it. I would have given this place a second chance based on maybe the kitchen had an off night. However, when you combine mediocre food with terrible service, I just can’t. That combination points toward poor management especially for such an important night in my life. This also explains why there were so many empty seats. By comparison Miss Rivers downstairs was full. I highly recommend you chose one of New Orleans’s many other restaurants.

Chef & Ismael (server) were both great. I was dining alone and they both made me feel at home and took extra special care. None in Ribeye was A+. Only regret is that I didn’t ask how the chef coked the steak.

Four Seasons corporate would be beside themselves over the service of this restaurant. We had a reservation and the hostess asked us to wait for about 10 mins. The restaurant was at 25% capacity, so that didn’t make sense. We had one server who switched us to someone else and thank goodness she did. We worked with Mandy and she turned the experience around ten fold. If Mandy wouldn’t have taken over, we likely would have left the restaurant without eating. We waited 30 mins for our drinks until Mandy stepped on the scene. Bravo Mandy!! Promote her to manager. Speaking of, the manager was walking around aimlessly while we were there. Mandy ran circles around him. Thank you Mandy!!!

WOW! We planned our dinner right around sunset and the views from the patio and large windows were stunning. Our dinner was incredible, we did the steak, salmon, and a twice baked potato that changed my life. Really enjoyed our time here and hope to be back.
