Long story short, appetizers came out late and cold. Main course came out immediately after so we had no time to enjoy the appetizers. Steak was overcooked and side was cold. They re made both abd the steak was so undercooked it was cold in the middle. Never offered an apology, never offered to compensate us for the issues. Had to pay the bill in full. Never saw a manager through all this. Will not be back

All staff friendly and helpful. Beautiful views. Good food delicious. Magnificent shrimp cocktails excellent crab cakes, calamities and artichoke dip.

Sub par- seriously do not waste the money. We are travelers and dine out often. This dining experience was awful honestly! The Queen Mary was a cool vibe and fun place to stay overnight prior to our cruise, but the dinner was yuck!!!

While the setting is wonderful, the food prices were unreasonable. $48 for a piece of fish that was cooked fine but nothing special. We would not return to this restaurants nor would we recommend it to our friends.
