Che Fico Pizzeria is the newest restaurant from the team behind the Italian Taverna Che Fico. Located just outside Chase Center in Thrive City, Che Fico Pizzeria is a lively and high-energy restaurant serving event goers and neighbors alike. The food menu is focused on pizza (of course!), with Che Fico's signature sourdough crust. Offered in two sizes, plus a slice window for those busy nights in Thrive City, we are pulling out all the stops on our pizza creativity. Beyond pizza the menu features a selection of antipasti and sandwiches. We are also thrilled to feature our incredible gelato and sorbetto, churned daily as soft serve. The restaurant itself features indoor and outdoor dining options, with a robust bar as the center point of the sprawling patio. Our incredible design partner Jon de la Cruz and firm DLC-ID have created a fun and welcoming space that highlights the beauty of our City by the Bay. We can't wait to welcome you!

Unfortunately, it took over 50 minutes to get one pizza and we were already late for a show. The attention to people at bar is non existent. I normally love their restaurants. It wasn’t that busy. They offered to comp but I never saw a refund. We never got food but had a bottle of wine - which I’d pay for.

Initially I booked one time and they changed it when I asked for it. That was nice of them. When we arrived the staff took us to table 41 and we sat and he explained that our server would be there to take anything not on the mobile QR code. We immediately ordered and submitted our order on our phone. We ordered the alcohol drinks from the guy who didn’t say was our server but took us to our table and explained the QR code but our server would come by soon. The drinks came, the appetizer came but the pizza didn’t come till we had to flag a staff member down and ask them if they could check on our pizza. It took about 40 minutes to get it from the time we placed our order to the table. The pizza came about 5 minutes after that. My husband was tempted to walk out and cancel the order but I told him we cannot we placed it and be very very patient. I will say the food is good, the pizza I do like. I do like the chicken wings. The drinks are not bad either. Some people might say the prices are steep. I feel like it is hit and miss overall on service. If we didn’t have somewhere to be maybe it would have been okay to wait and order more drinks but 40 minutes is a long time to wait. I assumes our table ticket got lost / bumped in the kitchen. It happens but maybe if our server / staff member checked up on our table it would have be known. I dont like the QR code at the table. It causes alot of issues and no one ever came and said we are your server? is everything okay? Did we miss anything or want to order something not on the mobile menu? Overall it needs more communication from staff to customers.

Amazing dinner, amazing views and amazing service. We were able to get a last minute reservation before an event at Chase due to the staff being so accommodating. We will return again (even if there isn’t an event). Such a great and fun vibe. Highly recommend!

With Open Table, not guaranteed a table so we were sat at the bar in the back room. A bit quieter and our bartender was very attentive.

We are big fans of Che Fico from their Divisidero location and monthly Pasta and Provisions program but this was our first visit to their Chase Center location. The menu is limited to pizza, sandwiches and apps/sides but the food we had lived up to the high standards we've come to expect from Che Fico. The dining experience however did not. We did not appreciate the minimal contact experience of having to place our order and settle our tab thru the Toasttab app. While the space is nicely appointed and the location, with views of the bay, is prime, the lack of anything resembling attentive service did not compensate for us.

Amazing view. Shame about all the TVs as the restaurant is beautiful and the staff are great. Ordering via the app is annoying and makes things very difficult if you want to, say, add something to a pizza.

Great addition to Thrive City! The heated patio has a great atmosphere before and after Warriors games. All the food and drinks have been excellent. I especially like the garlic knots. They remind me of hand made version of Crazy Bread. The pizza, salad and calamari were excellent too. The portions are large. Only downside is you can’t take leftovers into the game of course! Can’t wait to come back and try more things!

Beautiful with gorgeous view. Just tough with SF weather and cold winters. Well done design but a few adjustments could make this better. We love the pizza slices from the window vs the whole pizza dining in. We are not sure why. Asked for a little more crispy and came burnt. Caesar salad is a great and the rice appetizer and wings. Hoping the cold can be worked out since main dining is on the exterior. Welcome to the area.

We sat on the enclosed patio area. Well-appointed, warm even on a chilly S.F. evening. It's a bit set back behind Chase Center in the Thrive complex, you have to know where you're going to find it. Our server was nice and attentive, though we ordered through a QR code via Toast. Pizza was delicious, wine was good, we didn't have drinks but the bar seemed well stocked. I enjoyed the calamari but my party thought it was a bit under-crispy. We will definitely come back.
