Fantastic Indian food in Richmond. The staff were extremely accommodating when we were running late for our reservation. They arranged kids seats ahead of time, and the free kids food was a nice bonus. The food the rest of us had was excellent. I'm very picky when it comes to Indian food and this was the best I've had in the area. Dhai bara was a phenomenal starter. The chicken biryani was sublime. The pistachio chicken korma was almost as good as Khan's chicken jalfrezi - which is a real compliment. The chicken was so tender. All the dishes we had apart from the plain naan and rice were quite spicy (the kids couldn't handle their free 'mild' butter chicken). Great for our group but I imagine others may want to take note. Highly recommended if you're looking for a fantastic Indian restaurant in Richmond/Kew.

So refreshing to find an Indian Restaurant with a short menu and an interesting mix of street food, new dishes and premium seafood. All dishes were outstanding, but special shout outs for: Softshell Crab starter, - two whole crab, delightfully spiced and on a bed of chans masala with coconut crisp garnish... wonderful.; Puri starter, hugh, densely filled with complex layered delights; Bhindi side dish, crisp shards of bhindi in a tempura-light besan batter more reminiscent of Whitebait than Bhindi! Very sensibly priced. Great food and well worth the special journey from Wimbledon. We will be back! Lobster next time!

Lovely starters and deliciously rich main courses - the lamb shank outstanding. The side dishes and nan bread were a joy!

Great food, excellent service. We went on Sunday at 2pm so it was very quite with many portions of the restaurant nit lit properly. We sat outside on the terrace and had good time. The staff also got a cake as it was my wife's birthday. Would love to go again!

Superb Indian food. The menu descriptions do not do justice to how different the food is. Had a special offer deal for cocktails early evening to top it off!
