Great place for high tea. Server should have reviewed the types is scones, sandwiches & desserts.

Food was fair. The tea sandwiches are on Wonder bread with partial crust removed. Made me think of my grade school lunch box. The egg salad and chicken salad were mashed up with nothing but mayonnaise so there was little flavor. The tea selection was good but they need to use more tea leaves as both pots of tea were weak. Additionally, the waitress could not tell us exactly which scones we received so it was a real surprise. Fortunately we do not have allergies. The restaurant itself is very cute with a wonderful ambiance.

The salmon was very good. The creme brulee was a little dense.

We had a delightful lunch at Chat Noir! My daughter in law and I both had the tea service which was lovely. The finger sandwiches, scones, pastries, and tea were all very delicious! My son and hubby each had fish and chips which they said was also very tasty. My in-laws had French onion soup, shepherds pie, and salad which they said were all very yummy! Portion sizes were more than adequate to fill even the hungriest of guests. The tea selection is positively mind blowing with lots of choices for teas both with and without caffeine. And it was wonderful to find out that we could buy a small tin of our favorite teas to take home. All in all a memorable and great experience — can’t wait to return!

Took my dad out to brunch for his 93rd birthday. We all loved it. The scones, delish. A wonderful experience.

We made a reservation but it was closed for July 4th. I’m sure it would have been great had it been open.

Great food, great ambience! Scones were absolutely delicious. I'm a coffee and not a tea person but I couldn't get enough of the english wedding tea!

Absolutely lovely!! Food was delicious (and those scones…yum!!!) Very nice decor, service was excellent. Will definitely go back again 😊👍
