Food and drink are two of the most basic needs of human beings. However, as society evolved, food and drink became also a strong cultural aspect, being able to connect and celebrate differences.

CHASKA, a hindi term for obsession, is not just an eatery or a bar. It is an attempt to connect people with good taste for Indian food and drinks, presented with modern flair.

Last night was great ! Food was fantastic, as always, service top notch, and drinks are incredible. My wife and i have bern coming here for several years, and i have to say…this restaurant sets the standards on how you should feel when dining out. Appetizers, entrees, and even a bit of a desert were delicious. The staff are attentive and friendly. When you walk in the door and take a breath of the spices in the air, you know your in for a treat. If you don’t like your food spicy, just let the staff know and they will accommodate. If you like something a little different, or just like Indian cuisine, make this your next dinner reservation, you wont be disappointed.

The Tumeric/Ginger martini is my absolute favorite! The shrimp tacos were fresh and delish as well as the fried brussel sprouts. The outdoor seating and Thursday night entertainment has been great!

Chaska is one of my favorite restaurants. Great atmosphere. The staff is tremendous. Constantly making sure everything is right and your food is perfect. Santos in particular was great. Nice conversation. Food is tremendous with an excellent variety. If you’re vegetarian or vegan you’ll be very happy with the selections. They can even make almost every dish vegan if you prefer. Price was very reasonable. And we even had enough extra food to take home for lunch. Don’t miss it!

The food was great as always, however, our waitress completely forgot the sparkling water I ordered, then she completely forgot the tea I ordered, and we went almost the entire dinner without any water and she never even asked.
