One of the best dining experiences! We celebrate our anniversary and the staff was warm and welcoming from the host to the food runner. The bartenders and servers were extremely attentive. Food was delicious. This place is definitely underrated. We highly recommend and of course, we will be back.

The service and the food are excellent. Management really needs to hire a cleaning crew to clean the foyer windows and dust the shelving in the seating area. These high traffic areas need to be cleaned regularly.

The food is good however it is expensive if you want the full experience. Drinks are also good. The service was great! Trevor was our server.

The EZ peel shrimp were excellent. However the craw fish were a lot of work and I wouldn't order them again. Slight down-check, the server never came around to ask me how my meal was and I had to find an extra napkin I was in need of.

Relatively simple to reserve a seat via Open Table for the date and time desired. Received a warm reception upon arrival, was promptly seated and served with a glass of water. Shortly thereafter, we were greeted by our Waiter (Charles) who took care of us from start to finish. He was very attentive, acknowledged we were there for a special occasion and ensured my wife felt comfortable with her choices of drinks and menu items. While Charles was away or occupied serving others, his colleagues ensured we continued to have an awesome experience. The surprise dessert in recognition of her birthday was a special treat and the gift card became the icing on the cake! Thank you for a great evening!

Incredible experience at Chasin Tails! Service was incredible, drinks were great and the food was delicious. The snow crab legs were so fresh and full of flavor. Truly a wonderful experience and the owner is so kind and welcoming! Will be returning and also checking out their other restaurants at Founders Row!

Me and my friend have not been to Chasin' Tails for a while and we decided on a whim to make a visit. Well long story short, I am SO glad we did! For starters, parking was waaaaaay easier and they even validated our parking for 3 hours which was so convenient and helped us to relax and enjoy our dinner. When we arrived, the host was pleasant and welcoming. We were greeted immediately by our server Caleb (I hope that spelling is right) and he went over the menu with us and gave us his take on what would be good and when I say that he could play slots in Las Vegas and win every time, I mean that! I built my own pot which was simple green lip mussels, shrimp, corn, potato, egg and broccolini. My friend got the One Outter and he suggested the Thai Coconut Basil sauce for my pot. It all was AMAZING! There were alot of guests this night and normally with multiple tables you don't get that great of service but Caleb was on it! He made sure the food was what we wanted and the food came to us almost too hot to eat, our water was never below halfway and when we finished with a plate or a utensil he was there to get it. We also loved the team work we saw from all of the servers and hosts. The bathrooms were exceptionally clean and fresh and so was the restaurant itself! Recommended 1000000000/10!
