Amazing dinner at Chartreuse for our first visit. I highly recommend this gem in Detroit. We sampled many dishes and each had their own unique flavor profiles. Definitely try the salad with the egg, but you cannot go wrong with anything on the menu.

Superb food and service. Everything was perfect. If you sit at the bar you can watch the chefs do their magic.

The cocktail “last word” amazing as usual Twice cooked egg so good I get it every time Roasted potatoes very very good Crispy pork was dry and I did not care for the crisp it came on Perch tasted a bit mealy outside was strange like soggy fried breadcrumbs Vanilla pudding so so good Weight staff was wonderful

Lamb Meatballs were very good, possibly to go along with another small dish or as an appetizer. The Tai Chicken was outstanding and a full course in itself. Service was outstanding and actually very thoughtful in several ways.

I ordered the New York strip and had to send it back due to inconsistent cooking. I ordered it medium and both times it was brought to me medium well or closer to well done. The menu is limited.

The only bad thing about our experience was that we ordered an extra plate of the roasted potatoes because they were so amazing, so we didn’t have room for dessert. I can’t wait to try them next time though!

We had such an amazing time celebrating our anniversary at this restaurant. Sam was our waiter and he did an incredible job explaining the menu and checking in on us during the meal. THE new York Strip was by far my favorite but that twice cooked egg was a close second. Can't wait to come back and try new things!
