This is not an indictment of the service staff, the chefs, nor anyone other than whomever led the team last night, but the experience on December 25, 2024, for a table of four, was unacceptable. Blaming it on a “table of 14,” isn’t an excuse; you knew they were arriving and simply didn’t ready the restaurant. You had to have know exactly what the night was going to bring and you weren’t ready. Incredibly slow wait times for food were experienced, it seemed, by all who ate - including a table next to us that waited an hour and a half for their meals. And not equipping your staff to comp a drink or a dessert is such an egregious display of a lack of skill in running a restaurant. How a simple gesture could’ve bought your team some grace from customers was missed is beyond measure. People are paying top dollar for your food and have expectations that, currently, your management isn’t prepared to meet.

Delicious food, wonderful service and great value for money. We had Christmas dinner and it was great that we could choose from Ala Carte and also given the holiday menu option. The staff were lovely, attentive and professional and the food high quality and delicious. Definitely recommend.

Charter Steakhouse delivered an exceptional dining experience! I ordered the Wagyu steak, and let me tell you, it was the best Wagyu steak I’ve ever had—perfectly cooked, tender, and bursting with flavor. My son had the chicken and nearly licked his plate clean, which says a lot coming from him! My friend ordered the NY Strip and couldn’t stop raving about how flavorful and satisfying it was. Her daughter opted for the Caesar salad and devoured every bite. We ordered the cheesecake and red velvet cake for dessert and - WOW. I mean, every bite of everything we had was delicious. OH - and the Sishito peppers appetizer - SO good. One of the highlights of the evening was when the chef came out to say hello. He was so friendly and genuine—it’s clear he takes pride in his craft. The staff was attentive, professional, and made us feel welcome from start to finish. The ambiance of the restaurant is warm and elegant, and makes you want to linger a little longer. I also love that all the meat is locally sourced—it’s a fantastic touch that makes this place stand out even more. Charter Steakhouse is a true gem, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. I’ll definitely be back!

We always enjoy our dining experience at Charter Steakhouse. The food is superb and the service is always outstanding. The quiet ambience of the restaurant allows for good conversations while enjoying a delightful meal. The lamb chops are my favorite, while my husband always enjoys of their many steak choices. As locals to the mountain the Charter is one of our favorites.

The shitaki peppers and shrimp cocktail were amazing appetizers. The bison ribeye was exceptional.

We got the wagu New York stripe and it looked like a steak from Walmart

Our premium Colorado Wagyu New York Strip is locally sourced from Snake River Farms in Colorado, renowned for their exceptional beef quality. While USDA Prime is the top domestic grade, Snake River Farms consistently exceeds this standard. In addition to the product sourced from Snake River, all of our beef is locally sourced and meets or exceeds top USDA standards.

Food was excellent- The menu was recently expanded with great new additions. We had the Duck Confit which was fantastically executed with an excellent balance of flavors, cream of mushroom soup, and the Ribeye was cooked to the perfect temperature. Waitstaff was on point and attentive. Overall great experience.

We were thrilled to try the new winter menu! From the wine selection and non-alcoholic options to the inventive appetizers, the start of our meal was incredible. I highly recommend the mussels, shishito peppers, and pickled beet caprese. The Fitch Ranch steaks are all delightful, perfectly seasoned and cooked with sides that compliment. The Colorado Lamb is a delightful addition to the menu and cooked to perfection. The team is very dedicated to dietary restrictions, be sure to tell them in advance and they'll make sure that you are taken care of!
