Service was slow. All the servers disappear! Food and ambience are good but overlooked when you’re searching for your waiter the whole time.

Here’s your final polished review with that detail included: Exceptional Dining Experience at Chart House Chart House Restaurant has been our go-to for romantic dates and special occasions, and once again, it did not disappoint! We recently celebrated our 17th Dating Anniversary here, and the attention to detail was beyond exceptional. From customized menus with “Happy Anniversary” printed on them to the seamless accommodation of my gluten allergy, every aspect was thoughtfully handled. Our server, Michelle, went above and beyond—writing us a heartfelt postcard and even suggesting we add hot sauce to our favorite appetizer, the Shrimp, Avocado + Mango Stack—a game-changer! The Blackened Sea Bass was absolutely delicious, and to top off the night, the crème brûlée (which is gluten-free!) was an absolute must-try. And of course, no visit to Chart House is complete without taking in the spectacular view of the water and the New York City skyline—an absolutely breathtaking backdrop for a special evening. The service, ambiance, and flavors were all impeccable, making our celebration truly memorable. If you’re looking for a restaurant that truly cares about its guests and creates unforgettable dining

Chart house is a wonderful restaurant. We always enjoy our time there and often bring our out of town guests to this restaurant. Our waitress this evening was excellent. We were not rushed and the food was excellent. Any time of the year the chart house is the right choice. Overall good value for the price. Highly recommend.

We celebrated a birthday tonight. The Chart House was prepared not only for the birthday celebration, but also with a special gluten free menu for the celebrant! All of our meals were delicious. Our server, Jen, was amazing and so careful to ensure a gluten free experience for the birthday boy. We were very happy with our experience!

A window table, as requested. Extensive menu ranging from calamari to king crab legs. Caesar salad, chilled and delicious. Prime rib, tender and well seasoned, Chilean sea bass w/lobster risotto, full of lobster pieces, luscious. Key lime pie made a sweet ending to a very happy dinner. Valet parking was $15, and there are stairs into the restaurant. Must have reservations.

My husband and I had the pleasure of dining here once again. If I could change one thing, it would be the Savory Garlic Butter Shrimp and Pasta. I found it swimming in so much butter, I could have poured it in a cup. Otherwise, as usual our meal and service was fantastic!!

I order a medium ribeye it came out more well but our server renzo was very apologetic and was able to have them bring me out a new one in about 10 mins other than that the food was amazing and so were the drinks and for this kind of fine dining the prices were pretty reasonable especially in this economy! Try to get a window seat the view is incredible
