    Food, service, and ambiance were all excellent. Overall a great value for the evening. Expected to pay more for what we received.

    Preston was amazing! He made my boyfriends 21st very memorable. Gave great recommendations, amazing experience and very energetic!

    Jarvis was our waiter. He did an excellent job making us feel welcome at the Chart House. He was knowledgeable about the drink and food menu. He was very attentive and took pictures that we could send to our loved ones. The wine and food were great!!

    We celebrated my husbands birthday for lunch. Victor, our server, was helpful on drink/food selection’s. From our drinks to appetizers, entrees and dessert - everything was wonderful. We weren’t rushed. Victor waited til we were finished with each course before submitting the next. Would definitely recommend Chart House for ambience, food quality, and excellent service.

    It was our last night and yesterday we went to the Tower of America and decided we wanted to eat at Chart House. We arrived and was seated immediately. Our waiter was Joshua and he was amazing. We started with drinks and decided on the Mojito flight for two. A great choice (if you like mojitos) then we ordered an appetizer We chose the Hummus Trio. Delicious choice. We then ordered our dinner. I started with the chopped salad, which I highly recommend. I then ordered the Bourbon Shrimp and Scallops. It was fabulous. My wife chose to get her entree with Sizzling Mushrooms. She ordered the filet with garlic mash potatoes. She enjoyed everything. We highly recommend Chart House. It was worth every penny and the view was absolutely stunning!!!!

    As of September 2, 2024, I am officially going to recommend not going to this restaurant. Setting the scene, a young married couple celebrating a date, early evening, rainy and cloudy. Upon arrival we were invited to sit early but we wanted to go to the bar for drinks. Bar was great. The bar was the only good thing about the restaurant. At our appointment time we went to check in and were seated shortly. Our waiter was not good. First off, communicating with a leering, hovering, complaining attitude and demeanor. Second, the only beer ordered, was extremely late and the excuse was you didn't see me hauling a keg up the elevator. Third, we never were told what tomato was in our appetizer as there was a tomato allergy. Fourth, we never got the bread asked we for. Fifth, my main course was not fresh, nor as described on the menu. The chicken was rubbery, the skin chewy, and the Lawry's they sprinkled on it added a nice squashy pumpkin hue. I got the bottom of the mashed potato bucket and had probably the equivalent of 4 potato's skins on my plate. The fondu was good and we ate that. Sixth, the waiter would hover awkwardly after being answered on is there anything else I can get?, or Would you like some more water (fills glass) stands hovering and leering for no reason. Seventh, when asking for the check the waiter suggested we take the leftovers to the less fortunate hanging out around the elevators downstairs, this after telling him 3 times we didn't want a box. I'm sorry but I didn't come to eat to take my awful leftovers to absent beggars. Fast forward to today and my wife and I have spent about 4 trips each performing miracles making last nights fiasco into water! The manager did comp us about half the bill but I just can't recommend the place anymore. Very bad service. Shame on the chef for such bad food.

    Party of 7 with 4p reservation. Overall fun family reunion. Seafood was excellent but steaks were mediocre. Disappointing. Service was okay. Expected higher level.

    A dining experience at The Tower of the Americas is truly an experience. The view of San Antonio and the hill side are breath taking. I have taken many clients to this venue and the superb staff and 5 Star menu has always been a hit. My recent visit was to introduce my 9 year old grand daughter to the Tower for her birthday. I started this tradition with her father many years ago. Everything was on point and she is still talking about all of the landmarks and her first "grown up" lunch. Thank you for keeping the integrity of The Tower and the asset that this venue brings for an incredible meal, superb service and unique view.
