Tous situés en front de mer aux États-Unis, ses 28 emplacements historiques de choix allient des vues spectaculaires et un service d'exception que vous serez sûr d'apprécier. Les chefs de renom ont élaboré un menu pour enrichir la cuisine locale tout en introduisant une touche d'exotisme, depuis les spécialités de poissons frais jusqu'aux côtes levées rôties à petit feu. We have never been here in spite of visiting Savannah often. Our hostess seated us at our table and I noticed that my seat was wet and had crumbs all over it. I was stunned for a second, but then grabbed one of the extra napkins. My husband asked if I was ok and I explained that I had to clean the crumbs and liquid off the seat. The hostess just stood there. Once the seat was clean and I could sit, she gave us our menus, took the soiled napkin, and left. Our waiter arrived (he was training someone as well). We ordered sparkling water with lime and a bottle of wine. After a good 15-20 minutes, our waiter arrived, with our bottle of water and wine. No limes - I had to ask for them again. The server asked if we were ready to order. I had to remind him that he hadn’t yet shared the specials. He did and then we placed our order. We did not order an appetizer so he took away our bread plates. We sipped our wine and our water as 30 minutes pass. Then he shows up to apologize that we had not yet received our meals, but here’s a basket of bread (but no bread plates). Another server graciously brought us plates. We enjoy our bread - that other tables received after ordering their entrees, by the way - and still no meals. Our server comes back out again to apologize. By this time we’ve been in the restaurant for about an hour. Tables all around us have received orders well before us. Finally we get our food. My prime rib was delivered to me without the proper knife to cut it. And our server did not come check on us right away to see if we needed anything. So, yet again, another server rescues me and brings me a steak knife. The food was fine but not great. Not what I expected for these prices. When we are finally finished, our server brings our check like nothing’s wrong. No apology or anything. I wouldn’t expect a comped meal but maybe an apology and a small discount perhaps? Some recognition that our experience was less than desired? At any rate, we will not be returning.

Food was great, service was slow, had to request water refills, brought additional bread, but removed bread plate. Ordered 2 glass of wine after food was delivered, received 2 glass just as we finished our meal.

Amazing meal..highly recommend the pecan trout and lava cake. My first impressions of the place wasn't great. Smelled musty on the ground floor but the others were fine. The servers were very nice and polite. Super sweet but....they def had too many tables assigned to them at the same time which led to slow service and them disappearing for extended times. I think our waitress was helping a party of 30 on the other floor and 2 parties of 12+ in addition to us. Overall I would recommend it. The chefs are clearly doing good work because the food was amazing!

Amazing service! Food was good but from Chart House we expected top tier. Beautiful setting. Pricey.

We are regulars . The food is always consistently great here! Our waitress was a little scattered, had a little difficulty keeping up with what we ordered, but very apologetic and kind.

Accommodating to food allergies and meal was fine. Just had to wait a long time to get a shrimp cocktail app and very long after for entrees.

Great experience! Our waitress Jennifer was fantastic & so was the general manager Houston. Made us feel special. The food was delicious as always! We will be back!

Bartenders & drinks were good. Dining service was slower than it should have been. Ordered appatizers for our dinner and after 45 minutes had still only received soup and bread. The She Crab soup was too thin but taste was ok. Not great. On top of it all, had a table of "singers" beside us that didnt mind dksturbing everyone around them that was sober. Left hungry because they never brough our salad & osyters.
