    We had an excellent dining experience all around. Our waitress, Sarah, was the best. She made our anniversary dinner even more special.

    Great Food , service , ambience, allowing a relaxed pace to enjoy your evening with guests. Recommend requesting 2nd or 3rd floor as 1st floor is very busy with foot traffic and restrooms. Join the Landry club that rewards you for frequent dining at their many restaurants.

    Our reservation was at 8:30 and we got there a little after we made our order and it took quite a while for things to come out. It was around 10 PM before everyone got their food. It seems as if maybe they were shortstaffed or behind in the kitchen, but it was not a pleasurable experience, nor was there any concern to make up for any of the delay that they were having north communications of those delays . I frequented chart house before and another state and the experience did not measure up to this. I was very disappointed as we were there to celebrate a birthday party.

    I did not expect so many stairs for one thing. My husband ordered a filet med. rare. It came rare. I ordered the She Crab soup and the Herb Crusted Salmon. The She Crab soup was nothing special whatsoever. The salmon was delicious. We had both ordered a drink when we were first greeted by our server. She brought those out in a timely manner with one glass of water. She never did ask if we cared for another drink or anything else at any point later in our time here.

    We dined in celebration of our grandson's 21st birthday. Unfortunately, things did not go well. Our drink order was the first problem. Our mixed drinks were watery - so much so that we outright rejected two of them. We pointed out the unsatisfactory drinks to our server, who apparently was unconcerned about it. We had to wait an inordinate length of time for replacement beverages, which were also watery. The caesar salads were fishy tasting and we didn't finish them. Our grandson's steak was practically raw. We brought this to the attention of the bald headed man (we assume that he was the restaurant manager) who delivered it to our table. He took the steak and returned with it to the table in about one minute - he had obviously flipped it over to a seared side, then argued that it was prepared as ordered, instead of trying to correct the situation. We eventually received a replacement steak, after conferring with our server, and it was cooked as it should have been initially. Most of our other orders were properly prepared. The service was slow and the meal was spread over nearly three hours. No offer of a price adjustment for the meal was made and the tab for the affair was over $400. We won't return to this restaurant and that saddens us as we've dined there many times over the years, always enjoying the food and atmosphere.

    I've never been disappointed with food or drinks here.I feel it is a good value in a nice atmosphere and great service.

    Food was phenomenal and the wait staff was great. Bartender was excellent also and manager. Great kids menu!

    3rd visit in as many years, food is stellar, the trout was impressive! Was seated earlier than our reservation on a very busy night. Wait staff was super accommodating.
