We did not have a good experience. We sat at the table 30 minutes before our drink order was taken. One entree came out cold, one entree was completely missed and came out 15 minutes later and one prime rib came out fatty and thin. Out of four entrees one was acceptable. The manager was brief and abrupt. We would not return or recommend this restaurant.

So my husband and I have been here many times. Usually for special occasions. Most of the time the food is delicious. But this time around it was not very good. I had the mahi crusted fish and it was very dry. My husband had the New York steak and had no flavor. In fact he never adds salt to his meal and this time he did. The salad bar looked like it was replenished with scraps of food. Needless to say we were very disappointed. The only positive thing about our night out was our server. He was very kind and attentive. Don’t think we will be back any time soon.

My husband and I haven’t been to the Chart House in years and had a fabulous meal last night. We had the MAC crusted Mahi-Mahi and the filet mignon steak. Both meals were absolutely delicious to the last bites. The beautiful scenery and sunset was a beautiful addition. We will return soon!

Decided to go there for Anniversary- hadn't been there for at least 20 years, but picked it for the view which was spectacular. Food however was bland and tasteless. My husband ordered Prime rib (medium rare), and it came back medium well - my dinner was no better. I ordered an heirloom salad on the side with great hopes but believe me those were not heirloom tomatoes. The wait staff was nice enough but would disappear for long bouts of time and not check in if we wanted something. It took them 1/2 hr to come back for our dinner order after we got our drinks.

The food was okay. My steak was cooked to perfection but the chicken plate was extremely salty. The waiter was fine. The overall service was acceptable but nothing to brag about.

Good service. Horrible food and drinks. We had the Prime Rib and salmon. We were told the prime rib was only medium and it came out super brown and tough. The salmon was extremely dry and cooked in a way I have never witnessed in my life. The salmon was 2 pieces which looked like chicken tenders wrapped in thick salmon skin. The mashed potatoes tasted old and dry. Seems like they cook everything early in the day and let it sit under heat lamps. Do not recommend.
