    This place needs to be completely refurbished the front of the house is in such disrepair we almost left. Who knows what the back of the house looks like. The quality of the food was very poor and my son and I didn’t very much of the dinner

    The ambience was terrible. The ceilings seemed to be falling in, there were cobwebs in the corner from our table, windows were dirty, the elevator was not in service. I would not recommend this establishment.

    There was construction happening in front of the restaurant so we couldn’t park in the parking lot and had to park in a garage and walk. When we finally got to the front entrance of the restaurant one of the hostesses was out front arguing with some woman over parking. We uncomfortably walked between them to enter the restaurant and while at the front desk and speaking to the other hostess to check in this other hostess came back into the restaurant loudly complaining, basically screaming, about the woman out front and was making disparaging remarks about the woman’s appearance. No one ever acknowledged that we were standing there or apologized for all of the craziness. The calm hostess finally took us to our seat and we waited at least 10 minutes for our waitress to come ask what type of water we wanted and then another 5 mins to get our water. The restaurant was pretty empty at the time so I’m not sure why there was a wait. The food was nothing to write home about. The sweet and spicy shrimp appetizer was about the only thing I’d get again. The restaurant needs a make over and the staff need to be retrained. For all the money and hassle to just get into this restaurant I was not at all impressed and will not be back.

    Server was great. Food was average. Dirty forks and plates for our table setting, which were replaced when asked. Restaurant is in need of an upgrade very drab and dreary, appears there may be some updates being done. Ceiling had leak marks, some open areas. Rugs, tables, chairs all really worn. Very overpriced for the atmosphere, quantity and quality of food. Will not return.

    Unfortunately this great restaurant has been neglected and is in dire need of a facelift. Last evening we arrived to an understaffed dining establishment. The team was working as hard as they could but there was just not enough staff to insure the quality I have known from the Chart House. The bar was so slammed with one bartender that only 6 of our party of 8 were able to get a drink before dinner. The dinner came out warm at best, the Lobster Bisque did not contain any lobster, three of us had it. The large sides for 8 were more for 2 people. The salmon was dried out. Our dinner experience took a total of 3.5 hours from sit down to getting our check and out waitress was covering one half of the floor and there was one other covering the other half and they were running. For the price we paid we were all greatly disappointed.

    I will acknowledge that our server, KAY, was pleasant and engaging. Other than that the restaurant was horrible across all areas. Glasses, flatware, dishes were all dirty and spotted with lipstick remnants from past guests. Table cloth was dirty and not pressed. Windows overlooking the water were filthy. The calamari was undercooked and soggy. The Tuna crudo was warm/room temp. The halibut was tasty. Very disappointed in Chart House and Landry management for allowing this location to fall so short of standards. This was a birthday celebration for a family member and my wife and I are quite embarrassed by the state of disrepair that this restaurant was in. We should have been notified that restaurant is under construction prior to our visit.

    Just plain awful! Salads were old and browned, chicken was dry. The only thing that I enjoyed was a small portion of hubby’s grilled salmon. Not the same Chart House that I used to love. Please do better.

    The Chart House is always a favorite restaurant to meet friends. The food is great, the service is wonderful, and the views of the waterfront are terrific! It is also easy to access with little traffic and the parking is free.
