    Went to Chart House for restaurant week. Started off with very slow service, it probably took 30 minutes just to get drinks. Starter of coconut shrimp was very good and then we waited forever to get our entrees. While the food didn’t necessarily taste bad, it certainly didn’t taste good. Prime rib was DRY and flavorless, salmon was flavorless and the orzo that came with it was not great. The worst part of the meal was the key lime pie - it had ZERO flavor and hardly resembled the taste of key lime pie. Maybe this was just issues with their restaurant week menu but for $160 for 2 people…I won’t be back :/

    Very nice evening to enjoy our 50th anniversary! Beautiful view of the city while enjoying our delicious dinner. Our waiter was very busy and trying hard to pay attention to details but maybe had too many tables? Over all a great celebration 😍

    The environment is slightly dark on a cloudy day but all the windows give a great view of the Ohio river and downtown Cincinnati. They have a wonderful patio as well. The food was very good. My husband had the Prime Rib which is one of their specialties and enjoyed. I had the Blood orange Salmon on Orzo. Perfectly done. The service provided by Trey was the best and the time between each course was perfect. Amanda, the manager, came around to all to ensure everyone was pleased with food and service. We will come often and try their well known Happy Hour. Looks like fun and very popular.

    Visited Chart House for the first time in many years for restaurant week. Unfortunately our experience was disappointing. The service was very slow. Which normally I don’t mind but it took over 15 min for us to even be greeted at the table and get water. The steak that I ordered was very tough and came in off pieces. Sadly the largest of the pieces was so chewy I couldn’t eat it. The shrimp and asparagus had a fake char taste to them. There was also an olive oil on the plate that gave everything a greasy flavor and the oil needed to be in the overly dry chimichurri. On the plus side my husband very much enjoyed his salmon and coconut shrimp appetizer. We were most disappointed to learn the manger knew of the steak issues and continued to serve it. Bummed our experience wasn’t better… but you can’t beat the beautiful view!

    We were able to sit outside and enjoy the Ohio river. The food and service was wonderful. We were there early (5PM) so we ordered off the early dinner menu. Great value for a nice 3 course meal.

    Our experience was wonderful, great evening to have a table outside by the water and nice view. Service was top notch and food was prepared perfectly!

    We love seafood! So we decided to try the Chart House. The food, service, view was perfect! Our server was delightful. The manager even helped me find the ladies room as I am visually impaired. We will be back.
