Nice place. Older, but established in a nice location right on the water. Great views of the city across the river. Been here one other time and will come back again. Slightly pricey but probably in line with other establishment on its par.

My wife and I celebrated our wedding anniversary at the Chart House. We had such a wonderful experience. The view of the river was beautiful, the food was top notch, and the staff was very attentive.

Front desk staff was very professional and helpful. One of my guest left a phone and they called me before I even made it to the parking lot to let us know. I reserved for 6. However 9 showed up and the staff made sure we were comfortable. Even with a full house.

As always, the Chart House comes through. The service and food are impeccable. It was my mother’s 84th birthday and they made here feel extremely special. We love the Chart House. It has been a family favorite for many years.

Let me start by saying everyone makes mistakes... and nobody is more forgiving than a group of people who spent years working in the restaurant industry. But life-advice: don't try and pull one over on people. Three of the four of us ordered steaks. Our steak was perfect - medium rare. Looked great. Tasted great. Nailed it. But the other two steaks were ordered medium, and very clearly well done. One of our guests ate hers and didn't say anything. But the guy who was with us very politely pointed out that his steak was very, very well done. Two different servers tried to tell us it was the window tinting and ask how it tasted. He pointed out that the flavor was good, but it was very overcooked. They went on and on about the window tinting, then asked him three times if he wanted to try it again in front of them first... and if he wanted it remade. Every time, he very politely explained it was very well done. Finally, they remade it and the chef came out... also explaining that the window tinting makes things look overcooked. Guys. We ordered three steaks. If it was the "window tinting"... it would have been consistent. The window tinting wouldn't impact half of the steaks and not the other half. Apparently the windows must have been particularly "tinty" that night. We watched that chef spend more time bringing new steaks out to tables that he was spending in the kitchen. Dude was looking like Biden at a press conference by the time we left, trying to figure out how the hell he got there and what had happened. Or maybe he was totally cool, calm and collected... but just looked like a mess because...you know... tinty windows and all. Still love the food and the restaurant. But come on, guys - restaurant 101: don't treat customers like they're idiots. We were diners... not democrats. :)
