Les lumières de la ville de Denver scintillent en contrebas du Chart House, un restaurant intime installé à flanc de colline, à seulement une demi-heure du centre-ville. Associant un cadre exceptionnel et une excellente cuisine, ce restaurant constitue depuis longtemps un lieu incontournable. Depuis 1961, le Chart House s'efforce de vous faire partager une expérience culinaire parfaite. Avec 27 établissements tous situés dans des lieux historiques, emblématiques ou en front de mer aux États-Unis, le Chart House propose des vues spectaculaires et un service exceptionnel, que vous apprécierez à coup sûr. Des spécialités de fruits de mer aux succulents steaks, les chefs de renom ont élaboré un menu offrant un éventail de la cuisine locale, tout en introduisant une touche d'exotisme. Vous pourrez déguster des spécialités comme le mahi-mahi en croûte de noix de macadamia, la darne de thon albacore aux épices et des côtes levées de première qualité lentement rôties. Le restaurant sert également une sélection de poisson frais, variée tous les jours, une vaste carte de vins de qualité et des desserts succulents, notamment le célèbre fondant au chocolat Lava. Le salon du Chart House ouvre à 16h00 pour des apéritifs et des cocktails.

The Charthouse is a lovely spot. Beautiful views of downtown Denver from the dining room and a great patio that has a firepit. Host was friendly and seated us relatively promptly. The food was excellent, filet and prime rib cooked to order, calamari was tender and nicely fried with veggies and asian rice. Chocolate lava cake was sumptuous. The bad - service was slow. It took very long to get our drinks. Probably need more staffing. The restaurant is pricey, all told about $100 a person with drinks.

Food was disappointing, service as well. Ordered Elk medium, first came well done then rare. Once cooked right, had no flavor and everything else on the plate cold. My friend and husband got the trout, neither like it, one sent it back.

My food was totally over cooked tip the point I couldn’t eat it. Then the waiter rarely checked on us. I had to hunt him down multiple times. So disappointing

Very good experience this time at this Chart House. Friendly bartender, Sophia, our waiter read the table and could see we were talking and gave us the time and space to order on our timeline and didn't rush us. The salad bar was kept stocked unlike some previous visits. Very good meal and up to CH standards.

Had a reservation (5 people) for 5:45p to celebrate a birthday. Great window table was all set up for us. Our server (Son) was knowledgeable and efficient. He was there when we needed him, but not checking too much. Drinks and food were excellent, and our lava cake had a candle in it upon arrival. We can highly recommend this location!! We will be back.

Had a fabulous 70th birthday experience. Our waiter went up and beyond to make my sisters birthday very special. On her menu they had a happy 70th birthday wish, it was fun! View is always nice, salad bar is plentiful, glad to see that has been brought back since covid days, just an overall enjoyable atmosphere. As a Colorado native glad to see the chart House is still in Genesee. Put this one on the list for a nice dining experience.

Very average steak and halibut. Appetizers were good. Views were amazing. Was expecting quite a bit more from the food, at this price point. Disappointed as we live close by and were hoping we had found a hidden gem.
