Les lumières de la ville de Denver scintillent en contrebas du Chart House, un restaurant intime installé à flanc de colline, à seulement une demi-heure du centre-ville. Associant un cadre exceptionnel et une excellente cuisine, ce restaurant constitue depuis longtemps un lieu incontournable. Depuis 1961, le Chart House s'efforce de vous faire partager une expérience culinaire parfaite. Avec 27 établissements tous situés dans des lieux historiques, emblématiques ou en front de mer aux États-Unis, le Chart House propose des vues spectaculaires et un service exceptionnel, que vous apprécierez à coup sûr. Des spécialités de fruits de mer aux succulents steaks, les chefs de renom ont élaboré un menu offrant un éventail de la cuisine locale, tout en introduisant une touche d'exotisme. Vous pourrez déguster des spécialités comme le mahi-mahi en croûte de noix de macadamia, la darne de thon albacore aux épices et des côtes levées de première qualité lentement rôties. They barely had any of the items on the menu. It was extremely upsetting and not worth the price of it.

We had Christmas dinner there. It was a three course fixed price menu - perfect! The server was San and he was great. It was snowing and we were right by the window so the ambiance was great. The ONLY complaint I have is - they were out of all fish when we got there at 7:15. Oh, and we waited 30 minutes for a lava cake dessert because they burned our round of prep (per) San. He did offer us an alternative and was very cool about it. We’ll be back again and again.

We've always had exceptional dining experiences at The Chart House, but Christmas dinner was not that. Our server seemed put-out that we were there and we received a basic level of service. They were out of many of the set menu options. Our salads came with onions when we asked that they be removed. We all ordered filets and we were served two filets and three other cuts of meat. The nicest part of the evening were the young hosts who were polite when they sat us and agreed to take a picture of our family on the way out. In summary, we will not be coming back for a Christmas dinner and The Chart House has moved down our list of preferred restaurants for where to celebrate occasions.

Our reservation was for 645 on Christmas Day, and it was a fixed price menu with a nice mix of seafood and beef options. However, by the time we got there at 6:45, there were no fish options left. No salmon, or mahi-mahi or Seabass or anything. We had to have beef, mine came with a few shrimp,. Very disappointing that they did not have half the menu available, and it wasn’t that late. Also, our server was pretty low energy and there was a lot of time between servings, he explained the kitchen was really backed up. I expect better from a restaurant like this on a special occasion.

Very disappointed! Went for dinner on Christmas with a 6:00 reservation and they were packed and unprepared to handle it! The service was friendly but ridiculously slow, the food was terribly disappointing, lobster bisque barely warm, caesar salad served on a warm plate and wilted, they were out of all the seafood dishes, my husbands fillet was butterflied and over cooked. They were only offering a prefix price for a 3 course meal but had very few gluten free options. The prices are high for the quality and experience and for the price we would choose a different restaurant next time! Overall would never go back or recommend!

I was surprised at how limited the entree selections were - 5 steak items, 4 fish/seafood selections and 1 pasta selection. With three hours remaining that evening, they had run out of 2 items and by the time we had finished 75 minutes later, they had run out of an additional 2 items. When it came time for dessert, there were 3 choices, but they had run out of one. Christmas has been on the calendar for 364 days, I would have thought that they would have been better prepared. Food was basically okay, but the Caesar Salad was served on a warm plate and was the least appetizing of any Caesar Salad I recall having eaten. I stopped short of finishing it, wanting to save room for a more appetizing main entree. The waitress was nice and very apologetic that they had run out of certain items so early. She was not looking forward to serving additional guests for the last three hours the restaurant would be open. Having looked for a special place to celebrate both Christmas and an anniversary, I was disappointed, thinking I could have found greater value for 60% of the cost. I don't plan to return again.

We had a great experience at the chart house in Genessee on Christmas Day. First we got lost in a neighborhood and the person at the first desk gave a great tip to get us there. We arrived 1 hour early but they were kind enough to sit us almost immediately in a lovely location in the corner overlooking the front of the restaurant just in time to see the snow falling. The Food was great and the service perfect. Thank you so much for making our Christmas dinner special. We will be back!

This is the third time we’ve gone to the chart house on Christmas Day. I’m always impressed by how professional and upbeat the staff is, and I appreciate how they make the day feel special for us.

We have been coming to this chart house for 30 years and almost always have a good experience. However, Christmas Day 2024 was not. They seemed to load the dining floor with more tables than usual and not enough staff to handle this type of restaurant service. The first thing our server did was apologize, stating that it would take longer because she was just seated with 4 new tables??? What??? We had to ask for everything, more water, plates to be cleared and after the adults were served dinner, we waited 10 minutes for my grandkid's meals, and they did not arrive. I finally asked only to be told that they forgot to make them. We had been sat at a table ear the floor around salad bar, terrible chaos there and very distracting. The ambience they usually have on Christmas day was nonexistent.
