Les lumières de la ville de Denver scintillent en contrebas du Chart House, un restaurant intime installé à flanc de colline, à seulement une demi-heure du centre-ville. Associant un cadre exceptionnel et une excellente cuisine, ce restaurant constitue depuis longtemps un lieu incontournable. Depuis 1961, le Chart House s'efforce de vous faire partager une expérience culinaire parfaite. Avec 27 établissements tous situés dans des lieux historiques, emblématiques ou en front de mer aux États-Unis, le Chart House propose des vues spectaculaires et un service exceptionnel, que vous apprécierez à coup sûr. Des spécialités de fruits de mer aux succulents steaks, les chefs de renom ont élaboré un menu offrant un éventail de la cuisine locale, tout en introduisant une touche d'exotisme. Vous pourrez déguster des spécialités comme le mahi-mahi en croûte de noix de macadamia, la darne de thon albacore aux épices et des côtes levées de première qualité lentement rôties. Le restaurant sert également une sélection de poisson frais, variée tous les jours, une vaste carte de vins de qualité et des desserts succulents, notamment le célèbre fondant au chocolat Lava. I had a reservation & still had to wait almost an hr to be seated. Food took another hour even though I ordered as soon as I sat down. Also they forgot my one of my sides & didn't even bring it to me when I mentioned that they didn't bring it with the rest of the food had arrived. Waiter never really checked in on us. Honestly wished I went somewhere else ☹️ food was definitely overpriced, I've eaten better at Texas roadhouse 🥲

Service was extremely slow. Diners next to us were there for three hours. We didn’t get our meal for an hour and a half. Meal came out incomplete and without side dish that was ordered. Bar service was slow as well. Twenty five minutes between drink orders. Disappointing for the cost especially on a special occasion like Valentine’s Day.

Steak Filet and lobster tail was great. Steak was tender, flavorful and cooked perfectly. Lobster tail was cooked just right, firm but tender and not overly chewy. Mashed potatoes were good, had good taste when I added some salt and pepper to it. Good wine selection and great location and atmosphere. Tip. Make a reservation early in the evening like 5pm on holidays such as Valentines Day as it gets very busy.

This restaurant is our neighborhood restaurant. We visit often. The wait staff is always excellent! We enjoy the management staff, and they often stop by our table to check in and chat. The appetizer, fresh oysters and oysters Rockefeller were great. The atmosphere is charming, and the patrons are having a great time, socializing with other patrons around them. I like to bring visiting company here. The views are great, and the cozy fireplace is charming. Thank you, Chart House!!

We are really looking forward to a good dining experience but were disappointed. We ordered the crab cake which was really good but it took almost an hour to reach our table. The main entrée seemed to take another 45 minutes to get to the table. My entree was hot and cooked properly but the lobster risotto was warm and undercooked. Our tuna tasted good, but the quality of the cut was subpar. When we ordered our entrées, we ordered the chocolate lava cake because we were told it was going to take a while to prepare. We sat at the table for what seems like 30 minutes after we were done with the entree before the plates were cleared and then waited a while for the lava cake to be served. The cake was lukewarm at best and was fully cooked (no lava). Our server was friendly but didn’t seem to have to time to check on us when the food was delivered or to refill drinks. There are much better restaurants around to dine at for the same price.

A great experience from the server to the manager, everything was on point. I have the Callahan cut prime rib, seared, medium, with the sizzling mushrooms, and the spinach, and then the mud pie for dessert. Everything was wonderful.

The weight staff was wonderful and the meal was great as always. I really want to commend you about allowing the dog with stage five cancer to come in and enjoy her last day. I thought that was absolutely wonderful of you and I would recommend your restaurant to anyone just because of that.
