Les lumières de la ville de Denver scintillent en contrebas du Chart House, un restaurant intime installé à flanc de colline, à seulement une demi-heure du centre-ville. Associant un cadre exceptionnel et une excellente cuisine, ce restaurant constitue depuis longtemps un lieu incontournable. Depuis 1961, le Chart House s'efforce de vous faire partager une expérience culinaire parfaite. Avec 27 établissements tous situés dans des lieux historiques, emblématiques ou en front de mer aux États-Unis, le Chart House propose des vues spectaculaires et un service exceptionnel, que vous apprécierez à coup sûr. Des spécialités de fruits de mer aux succulents steaks, les chefs de renom ont élaboré un menu offrant un éventail de la cuisine locale, tout en introduisant une touche d'exotisme. Vous pourrez déguster des spécialités comme le mahi-mahi en croûte de noix de macadamia, la darne de thon albacore aux épices et des côtes levées de première qualité lentement rôties. Le restaurant sert également une sélection de poisson frais, variée tous les jours, une vaste carte de vins de qualité et des desserts succulents, notamment le célèbre fondant au chocolat Lava. We celebrated our 43rd anniversary in a special way by choosing to dine at The Chart House in Genesee. From our cocktail time on the vibrant outdoor patio, to our scrumptious meal, all made for a memorable evening. The coconut crunchy shrimp was fabulous! Our waiter, Chris, made us very happy and we knew we were in good hands from the very beginning. Can’t wait to return!

This was our second bad experience at Chart House in a row, and our last. Even with a reservation, we had to wait five minutes before a server could finally seat us. No host or hostess was present. After we got seated, it was well over ten minutes before anyone even acknowledged we were there. No water, waiter...nothing. I was just ready to call it quits when the waiter arrived and mentioned that he didn't have a concept of time. It went downhill from there. The food was good, but even that was plated poorly. Everything took forever. Refills were almost non existant. Even waiting for the check was waaay too long. The place wasn't particularly busy either. Concidering the price of the food and the bad service, we won't be going back.

as always, we really enjoyed out experience at the chart house / sat on the patio near the fire ring / had appetizers and drinks and watched the sunset / wonderful

Restaurant is beautiful in a very nice setting. Service was really good, but several issues with food. All the food was tasty, but the fish portions (tuna and mahi-mahi) were skimpy. Salmon portion was good. The steak was wrongly cooked twice and finally the server just took it back and handled it well. The kitchen doesn't know medium rare. First time was raw and second time was very rare. Two of us asked if we could substitute a veggie for the orzo side and the waiter did so, but then we were charged. Would have been nice if he told us when we ordered that the substitute would cost more.

Great food and a great view. The steaks and seafood were both very well prepared and seasoned. Crabcake was all crab and no filler. Steaks were nicely charred on the outside and just right inside. The server was great at making sure that we were happy with how the food was prepared. Quality wine list and fun mixed drink options including non alcoholic.
