Le Chart House Restaurant - Alexandria se situe dans la vieille ville historique d'Alexandria, derrière la Torpedo Factory, et est le seul restaurant en front de mer de la région.     Restaurant was extremely hot, which was not comfortable on a hot day. The food was overcooked - everyone’s fish was dry and crusts were burned by the warmer. The views are great and service was good.

    We are planning an event at Chart House and got a Saturday night table to have dinner and check out our room for the future. The service, by Eric ???, was superb and the food was fresh and excellent. It was 100 degrees outside, and we might have wished for an elevator and a little cooler temperature, but overall this was a very pleasant experience.

    Outstanding waiter, Gargamelle and the wine and food were terrific. Everyone including reception, the waiters and the manager all treated us fantastic. Wonderful experience!

    Menu has gone downhill tremendously. Food is bland, rushed and focused on a quick tourist experience. We’ve been coming periodically for 20 years and now will stop going

    We ate at Chart House 06/21/24 I order the Salmon and sticky rice. The Salmon came out with remoulade sauce on it so I told Gustavo our server that I wanted it plain so he took it back and brought it back quick. All they did was rinse it off because the Salmon was lukewarm rice was hot. The patron margaritas was terrible because I drank three did not taste no liquor at all. It tastes like virgin margaritas. Other than that it was ok. Crab cake for appetizer to much stuffing no crab meat at all. We be back again but the bartender need to be on point. When making drinks I know they trying to go by the policy but all they have do is pour a little bit more it want hurt your business it would make it greater.

    My experience there was absolutely disappointing. the service from our waiter was absolutely terrible and disappointing. Felt like we were bothering him. He waited a long time to come and check back with us just to make sure we were OK after we received our meal. My mom started to get a little reaction because she is allergic to shellfish. He never checked to see if we had a shellfish allergy, even though we all ordered non-shellfish meals. After informing him how she was feeling he said no he doesn’t think there was any cross-contamination then left for a little bit to check came back to the table and said “yeah she‘lol be alright” and walked off.. at that point we were ready to go. I had the prefix menu and have not received my lava cake but requested it to go. That was also horrible not coming back.
