   We had high expectations for this restaurant, but unfortunately, it fell short. We made our reservation three weeks in advance for 8:00 PM, yet we weren’t seated until 8:30. Then, it took another 30 minutes before we were informed that they were out of mashed potatoes—a staple on nearly every entrée. For the high prices, we expected much better service and food quality. To make matters worse, we are members of this restaurant chain, so this experience was especially disappointing. Given that we drove in from Texas for this meal, it definitely wasn’t worth the price or the wait.

   Always enjoyable. Service is always top notch and food is delicious

   Terrible service from the moment we were seated until we paid our bill. Food was disappointingly subpar and took forever to be brought out. On several occasions we found ourselves having to ask multiple times for the same things. Overall I would highly recommend not wasting your time or money dining here.

   Have always enjoyed the atmosphere and dining at Chart House. Nice place for dinner especially if staying onsite at the Golden Nugget.

   Food is always on point. From drinks to appetizers to entrees. 10/10. Atmosphere is quiet and wonderful!

    Service in the bar area was slow and you had to go up to the bar to order a drink. I have been there in the past where they would come and take drink orders at the bar tables, which was a much nicer experience. This was the only negative of the evening. Food, service, atmosphere was very good.
