HOTEL GUESTS: please call 415-735-7777 for reservations. In order to make a reservation in Charmaine's, a non-refundable $5 reservation fee per person will apply. This fee guarantee's seating space. In case of cancellation or no-show, the fee will not be refunded. Walk-ins are welcome any time but will be based on availability. We have been challenged with last-minute cancellations and no-shows, as our reservations appear more limited than they are in actuality. Our goal is an accurate depiction of our availability to allow our staff to better accommodate you. Please note on Friday & Saturday night (5pm - Close), reservations of 3 or more, a minimum food & beverage spend of $50 per person is required. We look forward to welcoming you!

Great weather good drinks! Chairs a little old, need a little make over or at least an upgrade but great service !

The view and vibes were great - it was a bit windy but it’s SF so what do you expect. Cocktails were great - food and service were average at best. We went before a show at the Orpheum so the location is perfect for that. Would recommend to others, but advice to management - for the prices and location, you need to have service to match.

What a stunning experience. The atmosphere, view and cocktails were all perfect, as well as the service.

The view is descent. The area isn't the best. The food wasn't good. The drinks weren't memorable.

We initially booked a reservation for 3 people and tried to add a person but wasn’t able to get in contact with the venue. We showed up with our 4th and there was no problem! The food was good. I was bummed they didn’t have the Spinach Artichoke Dip. We were celebrating a birthday and they greeted us with a welcome cocktail. The cocktails were all great! The service was awesome! Our water cups were never empty.

Being at Charmaine’s was just what we wanted/needed! After watching WICKED! Great food and drinks. The ambience was awesome! It was fun, different and a great way to cap off our evening! Our waiter was very friendly and got us everything we asked for!

Downtown SF needs Charmaine's - it's a great place to go before a show, it's a beautiful respite from the street level realities. The food was so below average - and it would be so easy to make it amazing. Everything was just slightly "off". Lack of flavor, lack of freshness, lack of color, just very basic and boring and bland. And not worth the price.

Great place to dine before theater. Good food, good service, great views. Happen to have one of the rare perfect SF weather days! Need to make the path to the restrooms more accessible, difficult to try to weave in and out of all the bar patrons.

This is a great place to have drinks in the evening. Went with a couple of friends at night for drinks and appetizers. Both were very good. Service was great and the fire pits were warm enough. They supply little blankets that also help. The negative is the location. Shady area next to the tenderloin. I would not walk there. We had Uber that drop and pick us up at the door.
