HOTEL GUESTS: please call 415-735-7777 for reservations To reserve on Friday or Saturday evenings, a non-refundable $10 reservation fee per person will apply. This fee guarantee's seating space. In case of cancellation or no-show, the fee will not be refunded. Walk-ins are welcome any time but will be based on availability. We have been challenged with last-minute cancellations and no-shows, as our reservations appear more limited than they are in actuality. Our goal is an accurate depiction of our availability to allow our staff to better accommodate you. Please note on Friday & Saturday night (5pm - Close), reservations of 3 or more, a minimum food & beverage spend of $50 per person is required. We look forward to welcoming you!

Celebrate New Year's Eve at San Francisco's sexiest rooftop, Charmaine's, located at the San Francisco Proper Hotel. Admission is $250 per person (price excludes tax, gratuity, and fees) and includes open bar access, passed hors d’oeuvres, and a champagne toast at midnight. Be sure to purchase your ticket before 12/26 as prices may increase and space is limited. Walk-ins will be welcome on first come first served basis, price still applies. Came here for the first time before going to a show. Lovely setting, fabulous views, great food and drinks, and attentive service. I highly recommend this place.

No parking. Valet is only for Hotel guests. The tables are very tiny and seats are not comfortable and were ripped. The service was ok and the chicken wings did not taste fresh.

Great weather good drinks! Chairs a little old, need a little make over or at least an upgrade but great service !

The view and vibes were great - it was a bit windy but it’s SF so what do you expect. Cocktails were great - food and service were average at best. We went before a show at the Orpheum so the location is perfect for that. Would recommend to others, but advice to management - for the prices and location, you need to have service to match.

The view is descent. The area isn't the best. The food wasn't good. The drinks weren't memorable.

We initially booked a reservation for 3 people and tried to add a person but wasn’t able to get in contact with the venue. We showed up with our 4th and there was no problem! The food was good. I was bummed they didn’t have the Spinach Artichoke Dip. We were celebrating a birthday and they greeted us with a welcome cocktail. The cocktails were all great! The service was awesome! Our water cups were never empty.
