Service was good. Appetizer (Bang Bang Shrimp) and Crab Fried Rice was good. Dessert (house made cookie sundae) was very dry. Average affordability.

The Lobster roll was disappointing. Lobster was tough ( likely frozen).

Our food was good, not great. We just expected a little more for the price we paid. For the price you should offer fries with the sandwiches instead of half of a plate full of chips. We will definitely be back to try some different options. Also- the pulled pork came with slices of watermelon on the plate. You should list that there is melon because it is a high allergen and my wife is allergic to melon and those alike fruits and so she sort of got nervous eating her food because it was practically touching everything but luckily she was able to cut that piece off that touched it.

The service was great. The server was very friendly and attentive. The restaurant was very nicely decorated. The drinks weren't great. Orange Crushes are a Maryland staple that need to be made with freshly squeezed Orange Juice. Unfortunately, the OJ was store bought. Other drinks weren't that good also. Fish tacos were good but not all of the tacos had a piece of fish that was big enough for the taco. This place has so much potential. Hoping they make the appropriate changes.

Service was pretty slow and they hadn’t restocked the bar from previous night. The fish sandwich was a joke considering the actual fish filet was half the size of the buns.

Warm welcome. Really friendly service. We brought our dog Kodi too. Kodi got a warm welcome too- a bowl of water delivered to the table, treats and a visit from even the Chef! Loved they took a picture of him which they posted on social media! The food was superb- fresh and delish! Best Lobster Roll ever!! Charly’s is a whole amazing vibe- The best of what makes Maryland waterfront dining so amazing. Came from the DC area… will make the special trip again. Loved it!!!

I think the ambience was great. The Appetizers were great(we got the bang bang shrimp, crab dip, and Mozzarella sticks). The entrees need a lot of work because they were overcooked and lacked flavor( we had the steak and cheese and fish tacos). They were short staffed in the kitchen and that made service slow even though our servers were amazing!

We came for brunch, only to learn that they no longer serve brunch. Very disappointed, however we decided to stay. We ordered Crab fried rice . . . they didn't have any crab. We ordered lobster roll . . . they were out of lobster. We ordered shrimp quesadillas . . . we got chicken quesadillas. Needless to say, it was a dining experience full of disappointments. The server was good and very apologetic. The drinks were good.

First time here, food was amazing, and our server was such a sweet and energetic person who made us feel very welcomed!!
